The young salesman at the phone section seemed incredibly dismissive, angry, and stern today. But fortunately I was able to snag off a great deal on a flagship phone. I'd appreciate it if said salesman was a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Blake (the man who assisted us at JB) was extremely dedicated when assisting us with purchasing a tv. Blake went above and beyond to ensure we received what we were after, he displayed great time management skills along with effective and honest communication. I will definitely return again to seek his assistance.

I understand being an understaffed and that too over the weekends could be overwhelming for the staff. But lying and being discourteous is not advisable. Making people deliberately wait while talking endlessly with some customers is annoying to people standing in queues for around an hour. Is it deliberate attempt by staff members to make the company feel that they are understaffed?

Don't expect a normal jb hifi store. We came for a dvd but were told that they are a white goods store.

The only Jb store where staff gets offended for asking Jb deal even after 1000s of dollars purchase. Castle towers store gives better deals than this "Home" Jb.

Worst experience of delivery. We were told to receive the delivery confirmation message on Friday night and nothing happened, then we are waiting all Saturday then no delivery was attempted. The only solution is to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. Never go there and avoid them.
