today

Lidl

Today
I
was
shocked
by
the
way
I
was
treated
by
the
manager
(vernaa)
I
think
was
her
name
,
I
had
purchased
my
groceries
which
came
to
€100
paid
for
these
and
while
at
the
till
I
asked
the
lady
on
the
till
could
I
use
the
blue
trolley
to
transport
my
goods
to
the
van
as
I
had
5
or
more
bags
in
it
(she
agreed(
as
I
walked
out
the
shop
I
was
chased
out
of
the
store
by
a
woman
who
was
shouting
at
me
to
come
back
she
the
proceeds
to
snatch
the
trolley
of
me
aggressively
saying
"u
can't
take
that"
I
explained
I
had
paid
and
I
was
going
to
get
bags
from
my
van
as
I
asked
her
to
wait
till
I
came
back
she
ignored
me
and
began
to
pull
my
basket
inside
the
store
as
she
did
this
she
let
my
basket
fall
over
and
my
goods
went
all
over
the
parking
lot
,she
then
proceeds
to
put
my
goods
back
in
the
basket
and
walk
back
in
with
it
,As
I
approached
her
on
the
till
she
was
nothing
but
arrogant
and
rude
and
made
a
show
of
me
in
the
shop
I
then
asked
could
I
replace
some
beers
that
she
had
let
fall
and
she
said
"no"
I
then
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
about
the
way
I
am
been
treated
and
she
then
said
in
a
rude
voice
"I
am
the
manager"
and
began
to
ignore
me
on
the
spot
and
begins
to
serve
another
customer
I
have
never
been
treated
in
a
shop
this
way
in
my
life
and
will
not
be
back
I
have
been
shopping
at
Lidl
carlow
for
the
past
15
years
and
never
felt
such
disrespect
as
a
customer
