Wonderful staff. Even gave us a big bag of dog snacks for my little man on his birthday.

Staff are always so friendly, good price on dog food and dog accessories. Some really nice small animal stuff too! No pets being sold instore which is why i shop here too

I have been dealing with Maxi Zoo for years now. The staff, who have largely remained unchanged during that time will literally jump through hoops to try and help you with anything you need. I have had all kinds of dogs with different issues and different nutritional needs and they have always given great advice with the welfare of the animals rather than profit being the motivation. I would happily and highly recommend dealing with this shop.

I find the staff very helpful and friendly. Look forward to going in there. They do great promotions on dog food and other items which helps when you have lots of rescues like me. Always willing to answer questions and give excellent advice.

Great selection of everything you might need for your pets. Staff are excellent here and even lift big bags to the car! Couldn't ask for more in my book. Oh and they run a discount card for purchases....its really good!

The staff here are SO lovely, they invited our dogs in and gave them treats and water. They were so patient and gentle while fitting my nervous collie with a harness. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here. I'm sorry I didn't get the 2 ladies' names but thank you, from Sandra, Rob, Bonnie and Ru!
