This is a nice clean store that is very organized and is much bigger inside than I expected.

Shopped previous day and served very quickly. Returned following day left $120.00 back where I got products and walked out nearly 10 minutes queuing to be served while sales Person having a good chat with customers. Straight into Tommy Hilfiger. 3 Stars

We brought something here! Unlike the other places near by. Great fashions and great prices. Wow they have lots of mirrors. I'm just saying. The music and temperature also made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Poor quality and poor customer service! Bought it two months ago and they are not able to exchange it without the receipt and with the card transaction, they basically said we can’t do anything about it! Never buy anything from guess again, we were expecting more, now they are not better than any cheap fake ones! Fake?! Whats fake? These are fake!

Items are great but service is none. I waited to check out my item(12/28/2020 @ 2:22pm), there were 3 cashier's doing something at the register. No customer's at the cash register, I'm the only one waiting, yet no one got to me or even tried to make an eye contact. I had to ask if anyone can run my item. This review is written so the store manager or whoever can be made aware.

I was in this past Saturday. I found some really cute blouses. I was going to purchase, but decided not to. From the front person to the floor staff to the person working the dressing room did not greet me or even acknowledged me. When I asked for fitting room assistance it was as if I was asking for too much. Staff would walk right past and either look away or down at the floor. The Carlsbad location that I normally go to is the opposite. Cute clothes though, but I did not feel welcome so I left.
