Ice cream is decent. Horrible service! Girl working this evening needs an attitude adjustment especially with prices they charge. Pretentious attitude as soon as you walk in and acted like she was doing me a favor ringing me up and then asks for a tip! The quart today was also skimped on 20% compared to the last quart I got. Will not be coming back for awhile until they hopefully retrain their staff.

We opted for a mix of light and dark chocolate turtles. They are delicious. The calories of everything are displayed so you can keep yourself from going overboard. This store is amazing! I've been to at least 4 different Kilwins in the past 3 months & some didn't have fudge or certain chocolates/bon bons in stock but this location not only has everything but the custumer service is phenomenal as well. A young man prepared a large order for me that was ready & waiting when I arrived. I highly recommend this location!

I came with my niece and nephew, they have lots of varieties of ice cream and good taste. The customer service is phenomenal and very welcoming. I also bought an ice cream cake and they kindly asked me if I wanted something written on the cake which I forgot all about it, plus point, along with that the owner asked me if I was going somewhere far with the cake and I said yes and she provided me with a cooler wrapping case with cold ice packs. So kind of her. I would definitely go back again with my whole family and have ice cream there...🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

You cant go wrong with Kilwins. I never knew we had them in NJ. I had only ever visited the St.Joseph, Michigan location. Excited to find them

Walking in felt like opening the doors to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.. So many sweets to take in, so many ice cream flavors... Maybe my judgement was biased because I was high, but the feeling was real. Their ice cream was so creamy and rich, I kept eating even though I just came from an all-you-can-eat BBQ. The man at the counter also passed out free chocolate bars. What an amazing place

Good ice cream. No soft serve. They have tables to sit outside and enjoy the plaza views.

Absolutely love stopping here. The best part about walking in here is they're freshly making the waffle cones. The smell of those delicious cones is an amazing smell that you don't come across of regularly. Their ice cream is always delicious. A bit pricey but well worth it

The ice cream is nice but the lady who took our order wasn’t nice and didn’t give us what we ordered. I wanted a dish with 3 flavors and she said that there was no problem (I asked her), but instead she gave us 3 cups with one flavor each. Then, when we saw that and asked why she made 3 cups, she said that the dish could be double or single (she could have told us before). She gave us 3 singles without even checking.
