Honestly, I love chicken taco. But this taco was beyond my expectation. The sauce and meat were well collaborated and was scrumptious. I am craving for this already!

I recently ordered 100 wings for a 20 person party. And I had to ask for plates and napkins which I just assumed would come with such a larger order. Boy was I so wrong. While I asked for plates and napkins when I was in store ---the manager repeated my question so I took as rhetorical and simply left. It was almost like how dare I ask for plates and napkins after ordering 100 wings. The food is decent but the customer service could be so much better. Also, although it says their opened until 9 PM, they close the kitchen at 8:30 PM and stop taking orders so don't be fooled, be sure to get your order in atleast 1 hour before closing or you'll be disappointed. Not a bad price for 100 wings $$ so I'll label them affordable. Give this place a try but lower your expectations as far as customer service.

UPDATE 6/9/2020 This was a 5 star restaurant, but the corporate office has officially discontinued all Sweet Crunch chicken. The only 2 flavors remaining are Garlic and Spicy, both of which I dislike. The Sweet Crunch chicken was 100% unique and delicious. Nobody has chicken like this anywhere. Now the only 2 flavor options are disappointing and not yummy to me at all. I will be going to KFC and Popeyes from now on until Bonchon brings back Sweet Crunch. Thanks for the memories! It was so yummy while it lasted!! End of update........ Original review: Delicious korean fried chicken! Super friendly employees! Good price and good portion! The flavor of the sweet crunch here is so good! Even better than the Fort Lee location. Pros: Delicious chicken and rice. This crazy pandemic lockdown rules prevent sitting and eating inside, and forced to wear a mask. Someday they will stop these crazy rules and everyone will be able to sit and eat like normal people again.

You can never go wrong and be disappointed from the flavors of their chicken. Though the prices may be a little bit higher, the food is definitely worth the price. Amazing service, as well—Friendly, competent, and patient.

The chicken is generally good, but beware if you get the boneless chicken wings. Some of the pieces are literally the SIZE OF A COIN! See photos. If this happens to you, you may want to immediately go to the cashier to get replacement pieces. I didn’t, I just took a photo, and there was nothing that could be done.

It always make me happy when I pick up my foods and eat at home brought from bonchon hackensack. The cashiers are professional and friendly, and they are already ready for the superbowl sunday! I’m planning to have a party and I’m definitely gonna order at Bonchon Hackensack. Strongly recommended when you are looking for something different. U’ll never regret!

Best fried chicken around the the lunch special is a great value in today’s economy. If I grab it to go during work the service is always very fast. When I’ve dined in the restaurant is always super clean the the staff very friendly. 5 stars. Would very much recommend.

The chicken wings were yummy but I was annoyed because I got the text said my order is ready and I clicked the link to confirm that I was there. So I was waiting in my car and no one came out, so I had to go in to pick them up myself. Maybe the restaurant is understaffed to deliver curbside order but then they should remove curbside pickup option.

I ordered japchae and bulgogi party tray and ate deliciously with my family. Next time, I will go eat chicken.

I ordered the Japchae because it looked great on the picture in the front window of the Hackensack location. There was hardly ANY rib eye pieces in my order. And there wasn't any full-sized bite-sized pieces of steak, only scraps. Disappointing!

I have had chicken here many times, and it was good. I ordered bibimbop today and it was terrible. I am so disappointed! Cold rice, taste-less, tough, and old bulgogi beef, old veggies, flavorless spicy chicken! Not the expected Korean staple dish I was expecting. I will not order anything else than chicken here again.

Ordered Bibimbap spicy chicken, chicken was clearly overcooked, it was so dry it was almost chalky. It also tasted off in another way, cant quite put my finger on how though. Lettuce was red, clearly not fresh. Rice was cold and dry. Mushrooms tasted off too. I threw out the dish almost immediately. I hate leaving bad reviews, but want to warn others.
