It's a nice & clean facility. Staff are very professional & polite. Dr. Charles is the best always calling me directly to see if I'm ok or need something. No other doctor ever did that that's why I love going there. I call when I need something it's never a problem, even when you need a appointment its always fast. Her girls are the best they are all friendly and professional. Would recommend Hope & Esperanza Community Health Center to all.

From the staff to the Doctor all I can say is thank you Jesus for putting this place in my path! Very professional, clean and caring! My doctor took her time with me I didn’t feel rushed. That to me says a lot! Keep up the wonderful job

We got there and the lady at the front desk had an attitude. We hadn’t eaten all day. They took us inside the room took a height and weight and just left the room we were waiting for a while. This was very unprofessional

I'm very impressed with the performance of the staff and the doctor. I went for a physical Which I was amazed they performance EKG ,eye exam, blood presure,weight and so on and they also request medical history. Most of all the Doctor Took her time to explain everything. I'm very happy 😁👍

First time I visited the Medical Center, the doctor was very professional and charismatic. A very friendly nurse who helps a lot with the translation. They have to help the rest of the staff to be kinder to the patients, to have manners of attitude and to respect the patients as much as possible. patients like their co-workers. They talk with food full in their mouths and that gives a bad impression as an image of the manners they have. But I do recommend visiting the medical center.
