    This is an excellent facility: Nice, friendly staff & great technicians; very courteous, friendly and, well, expert at what they do. Mathew greeted me warmly, explained to me the process and guided me throughout the procedure. Made what may have been an uncomfortable procedure into a most comfortable and relaxing one. Armando took my knees X rays. He was friendly & courteous as well. Thank you Mathew & Armando.

    I recently had an experience at [Medical Imaging Center] that has left me quite disappointed. Despite my insurance company covering a portion of the expenses for the medical imaging procedure I underwent, I was billed an excessive amount by the center, which resulted in additional financial burden for me. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I provided my insurance information and verified the coverage details with the center’s staff. However, upon receiving the bill, I was surprised to find that I was being charged more than what was agreed upon and expected based on my insurance coverage. I promptly contacted the billing department at [Medical Imaging Center] to clarify the situation and understand why I was being charged such a substantial amount. I provided them with all the necessary insurance information and explained that my insurance company had already made a payment towards the procedure. Unfortunately, the response I received was unhelpful, and the staff seemed unwilling to address my concerns or rectify the situation. As a patient, I believe it is important to be treated with transparency and fairness when it comes to medical billing. The fact that [Medical Imaging Center] failed to accurately process my insurance coverage and instead charged me significantly more is unacceptable. It has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain during an already challenging time. I urge Medical Imaging Center to review their billing procedures and ensure that patients are billed correctly according to their insurance coverage. It is vital for medical facilities to prioritize accuracy and clarity when it comes to financial matters, as this directly impacts patients’ trust and overall experience. I hope that my review serves as a constructive feedback for Medical Imaging Center, and I sincerely hope that they take the necessary steps to rectify this issue and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Patients deserve to receive fair and transparent billing practices, without the added burden of unexpected charges.

    Worst front desk. The receptionist was rude. I went there for mammogram. The receptionist was shouting at top of her voice about my condition. No HIPPA guidelines followed. Left the place with out getting a mammogram. New imaging should spend time training their staff rather then calling people 100 times to reschedule.I don’t believe all the 5 star review for this center.

    Not worth one star, but not worth 5. A few annoyances, parking lot and waiting room are basically non existent but yet they book a LOT more appointments for people that can fit in either. And it’s hot in the waiting room to add to it. Front desk staff not very welcoming at all. Not one smile, not one hello, aggravated at questions. I asked on the phone what type of contrast was used and she simply told me “iodine”. I asked if I could be called back and she said it’s iodine. (Iodine is NOT used in MRI studies. ) I again asked at the desk and wasn’t told any specifics just “gadolinium”. The consent form didn’t have anything checked as to which contrast. I then asked the technician and was told “gadolinium”. So the person responsible for the injection doesn’t know the name of the agent ? He had to go look before I was told the actual brand name of the injection as they are all DIFFERENT and I can’t use some forms. MRI was fine, just be aware it’s not open. If you’re claustrophobic dont use Rutherford. Injection was painless. I wouldn’t go back for anything more than simple X-rays. Not impressed.

    It’s a good thing I checked in all my documents on line…It was a breeze! Staff are very professional & kind. They made sure I was comfortable during my exam. The technician was super nice. Been coming for all my imaging exams for years, and it’s always the same or better experience.

    Everybody was willing to go above and beyond to make my visit as comfortable as possible. The manager was even willing to push the insurance to cover a procedure that was required by the doctor but not normally considered wellness.

    My appointment was at 1:30. They asked me to arrive at 1:15 which I did promptly. I asked if there was a wait because the waiting area was full. There wasn’t so I was told. I wasn’t seen until slightly after 2:00. That’s 30 minutes late and 45 minutes after my arrival time. I have a hard time when people disrespect my time. Call before you go, so you don’t have to waste your time waiting.

    My family and I have been going to the Rutherford office for years and they are the best. Their staff are very friendly, kind, and accommodating and give you good positive energy before proceeding with the test. Their services are great. They normally send you in at your appointment time so you don't have to wait long. Their office is clean. The appointments, registration forms, and test results can all be done online so it's all very convenient. Thank you!

    My experience went very well. My Breat MTI was quick and easy. No issues whatsoever. I filled out the forms online and just had to sign the paperwork. My visit went exceptionally well. Th staff was very kind and helpful. I will always go ro the Rutherford office. Thank you for making my visit so easy and carefree. Thank you Donna Coleman

    The hours posted on Google are all wrong. The hours posted on their door can be seen in the photo but it's not clear if these are accurate either, as I am here at 7pm on a Monday and they are already closed.

    Was able to get an MRI appointment at the rutherford location the same week that I called. When I arrived they were timely and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which seems pretty good!

    The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They took care of me right away. After waiting almost 45 minutes the not so friendly ultrasound tech came and got me. She could improve her bedside manner.

    The service at the front desk was impeccable! The receptionist took care of everything swiftly! As per the technician, Samantha Wetter, she was precise and knowledgeable and kept me at ease throughout the whole process! Would highly recommend this place for all your X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan needs!

    Pretty good place. The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed and tired when we got there because there were a ton of patients. As for the tech, he was super friendly and kind to my daughter during her test. Facility was clean enough but looked a little run down.

    Sean was terrific! Kind, calm, comforting. I scheduled my appointment through the main office and they made a mistake and added my appointment to a different location. I showed up at the right location and had to be rescheduled for two days later. The office staff in Rutherford were great and Sean, the tech was the best!!!

    Appalling quality of technicians: basic reports that lack thoroughness and specificity (ultrasounds); they hire inexperienced young staff instead of competent professionals. They also overcharge copays and the billing department is nowhere to be found/does not respond to the claims. Avoid like the plague if you have serious conditions that need close follow up.

    From the front desk (an old lady) staring at me and asking so obnoxiously if I have a schedule to being so strict not having my CATSCAN available that I need to looked for it even it was confirmed already from my doctor what has to done to taking my CATSCAN without drinking the barium fluids. Bottomline, I am hoping that the CATSCAN came up a good one without the barium fluids. Never going back to this place anymore. Worst part was it was scheduled at 8:35 am and was pushed at 2:55 pm. FYI

    Everyone is super nice and friendly except the receptionist with short orange hair. She points more than she speaks. You have to guess what she wants and finish her sentences. I think she hasn’t had her coffee yet.

    Had a 9am appointment and was told to arrive at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. Checked in and waited over an hour to be seen. They need to do a better job on scheduling. If you don’t start until 9am do not tell people to arrive so early and double book as there was another person scheduled for the same time with only one tech. Another woman came in for her 9:30am and was commenting that she actually was sent home the week before because they were running so far behind and rebooked her. ***Patient time is also valuable!! PS in addition the poor receptionist was calling all the scheduled ultrasound patients to reschedule because the tech called out.

    Every year I come to NJ Imaging Network in East Rutherford for my annual screening. I am always super pleased with everyone who works there. From scheduling my appointment to getting done my mammogram which sometimes could be unpleasant but not when it’s done by Mrs. Bozena! She is hands down the best. She is very caring and gentle. Thank 🙏 you for taking such amazing care of me.
