Hello, I bought a Kore trak watch in November as a Christmas present for my wife. Communication was good and the watch arrived as promised, I did have to pay £11.00 in customs duty. When we unpacked it on Christmas day it worked fine. It has since stopped detecting heart rate, pulse and oxygen saturation. I have emailed explaining the problem and received instructions on how to charge it! I have phoned customer services and was surprised to get through, the lady I spoke to was helpful. Unfortunately she only sent me a video on how to use the watch! I phoned again and was told there may be a problem with it but my 30 day warranty had run out! If it worked it would be cheap, but as a pedometer it is the most expensive on the market. If these were any good it would have more than a 30 day warranty!! Rubbish product and they know it!! Save your money and count your own steps because that's all this will do for you.

It took almost 6 weeks for delivery and upon receipt the tracker does not work as described. Not only does it not “wake up” as it should, it does not monitor heart, Blood pressure or oxygen levels. I’m having a tonne of trouble returning or getting a replacement product. So far, I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money :(

Got this watch for Christmas and I too notice a few things are not what the correct B/P should be, off about 20 points. Time on watch is always slow, today it wouldn't take a charge. Called the hot line number which is a waste of time. Said they couldn't do anything for me because it is over 3 months since I received it. Will not recommend this watch to anyone. Buy a better watch to give you the correct answers. SCAM

Waste of time and money. Ordered a koretrak pro watch Delivery was supposed to be 3-7 days and took 3 weeks to arrive when it did it doesn’t do all it says it does as there is no blood pressure feature and after under 2 weeks of using it faults started to appear the time keeps stopping and I have to go to the app on my phone to reset it at least 2-3 times a day which defeats the object of a watch also the blood oxygen function no longer works and that’s after 2 weeks contacted the company and they just mess you about trying to get my money back through PayPal with no success yet the item is back in its box and put in a drawer waste of money I advise anyone to stay well clear of this company and it’s products

My experience with the koretrak fitness tracker was wonderful until they did a program update mid to late May 2021. After the upgrade the Blood pressure monitoring was gone. I contacted koretrak about this and was told that blood pressure monitoring had been shut t off and removed. Now I'm looking for one that does blood pressure. Don't waste your money folks.

My watch has malfunctioned on several occasions. I would never recommend this watch. There is absolutely no customer service, no response to my emails. I wouldn't even give you one star. I wish I had seen these reviews instead of the Koretrak website and Tech websites. Google reviews are accurate, theirs are not. I'm going back to Fitbit

The KoreTrak I purchased worked for two days until the battery ran out. They replaced it which took about five weeks. The clock was 10 minutes behind. It did not accurately monitor my sleep. Finally, the clasp on the band broke. Don’t waste your money.

Everything on the watch works fine except the kcal count. I walked 8056 steps so far today and it shows I only burned 200 kcals, so something is diffently off. I didn't pay much for it. It's just a cheap product

Total marketing scam. Customer service # gets you a hard core sales pitch for other products. Can't use app without credit card #, another scam.!

Great Health Band Watch! It is truly easy to use. Has a good support website if needed. Everything works like advertised. Best watch for the money!

This company is just stealing your money and if your products delivered, don’t ever expect a refund. Good luck even finding an owner of the company to complain to
