Spent one night recently - single traveller. The ‘single’ room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the estuary. Clean and had everything I could need. All the staff were excellent and a fantastic cooked breakfast. Thank you Gill and staff.

The room was perfect, the view was perfect and if you could cope with th stairs, every thing else was perfect. The staff and landlord/lady could not have been more welcoming. We can't wait to go back .

This pub is over priced massively, close to £20 for two large Rum and coke's is beyond stupid. £5.60 for a pint of cider as well. I was wondering why the town was dead on a Friday night. Now I know why, if you have cash to burn feel free to visit but be prepared to empty your wallet and bank account (pretty much like most of the other over priced pubs in Fowey).

Great local pub ideally situated at the top of a very steep path out of Fowey (one desperately needs a drink after the climb). Friendly service, good ciders/beers. Locals very chatty. Nice👍

What an awful unfriendly place. The bar staff were lovely but were overruled by the management. Uncouth, ignorant and unfriendly was all that we saw and experienced! We (6) left.

I was a stranded bus driver as a mirror had come off. Pat who was busy herself kindly made time to find and lend the required tool. 9 of us on the bus are on the road with little delay - thanks. I will come over and spend pocket money before Christmas (off duty). This premises was spotless and very welcoming highly recommended.
