Our booking was Dec 2, Saturday at 10:30am. We arrived at 10:15. Suited up around noon. We didn't leave until 1:30pm. Plan for a long day there. It's worth it, though! It was such an amazing experience! 👏🏻 when we arrived, we signed the longest waiver of all times (on an ipad), and then we waited until our jump masters were ready to suit us up. After we suited up, we went over which group we would be in & instructions on how to jump off the plane. During this time, if you paid for a video, then you will be interviewed by your jump master or videographer (depending on the package). The first group will go to the plane while the other groups board the bus & head to the landing area. If you have family/friends to watch you jump, this is when you part ways. They can watch you jump from the parking lot area. (: Once the first group is done, the jump masters will call their next group & you'll head to the plane. Best experience ever! If you get motion sickness (in cars or roller coasters), take medicine. The plane ride isn't bad at all. Just take some medicine & take that jump of faith! 😁 You can tip your jump master after you get back to the hanger. Your video will be sent via email (link) or USB, whichever you prefer. Bring gloves, it gets cold up there. (They have some available to borrow, if you forget). Shout out to my jump master, Alzir! He is amazing!!! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Had the best experience with them for my first sky dive. Monterey bay is the most beautiful place to do a dive and all the people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel safe. I did the 18k feet jump and I would do it again with them!

This was my first time skydiving and it was AWESOME! Definitely check these guys out if you are looking for an adrenaline rush! Super professional team. Highly recommend!

This was UNFORGETTABLE. Josh, my tandem guide did a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable and having fun! Every part of my experience at Skydive Monterey Bay was fantastic. Everyone was super kind and comforting about such a trilling service! I def recommend getting the video package to get an entire 360 of the experience! I have very bad experience at first place. I’m coming from Toronto, Canada just to do skydive and its very long route to reach skydive monterey bay. When I called I was told not to book online as it might delayed due to flight or weather that’s understandable so they put me on schedule on July 19, 2023. I just have to pay extra $10 when I reach there and we agreed. Before booking the flights from Toronto to Monterey Bay I confirmed with them two times and every time I was told I’m on schedule on July 19 and everything is good as weather was also clear. I was going as my flight and plan. I was very excited and thrilled to do highest skydive from 18000 fr and went their location ahead of time 8 am and I was told that “Today they’re not operating because of maintenance”. Like seriously. You didn’t messaged or email me not at once knowingly that I was scheduled on July 19. Anyhow I have to do there is no way to go back without doing it. I was calm and paid extra money to book other late evening flight which cost me $600 CAD so I can do skydive on July 20 and catch my flight on time. I already had a flight on July 20 at 1.43 pm which I missed. When I told why it was not conveyed to me beforehand, the lady who worked there on that day confirmed that I was on schedule not informed me regarding maintenance day. When I asked for price compensation she told me to come tomorrow and discuss but she helped me to book the skydive for July 20 to confirm my reservation atleast. Next day when I came to discuss the situation, you guys didn’t even apologies and instead directed me get started with waiver form just to divert the situation. It was my mother’s birthday and I planned a long way just to dedicate this adventure to her and you totally ruined it. I paid $600 for my initial return flights, due to your uninformed communication I have to pay extra $600 for my one way flight and extra day for hotel. If it was weather issue that I totally understand and coordinate with you but that not the case. July 19 was clear and sunny. Anyhow, I did my skydive on July 20, because of I don’t have any choice and it was good experience with diver and videographer.

Everything is great and safe! The instructors are kind and the photographers are amazing! Definitely one of the better places to skydive from 18000 ft! My jumpmaster Andrea was awesome. The only reason for 4 stars is the really long wait to get to your turn and board the plane.

A great experience for a first time skydive! I absolutely loved the skydiving itself, and the people were great too. My jumpmaster, David, was awesome. He was fun to talk to, encouraging, and both respected my wishes while also pushing me to test my limits. The views from the jump spot are amazing, and the experience was everything I was hoping for. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the logistics. Calling ahead multiple times we were told 10:30 was the latest time we should show up, but then it turned out that there were enough people that they had to run two groups and ours didn't start until 1 (officially, but it was actually closer to 2). I don't mind that at all since we were walk-ins, but I wish they told us it was a possibility.

I was so incredibly anxious to skydive for the first time. The front desk staff was welcoming and everything was explained clearly. The worst part was the waiting around- I was more anxious, but I know that's because they wanted to make sure weather conditions and everything was perfect. My videographer was great, he got excellent footage of me jumping out of the plane, and generally. The timing was perfect, and instructor Lutchey was fantastic. When he said he's been skydiving for 37 years and has over 17,000 jumps I felt pretty good we were going to make it to the ground safely. Everything happened so fast it felt like there was no time for me to hesitate, and Lutchey provided very clear and simple instructions. I'm very happy i got paired with him. It was one of the most blissful experiences I've ever had and I'll never look at the sky the same way again. I think these guys are super heroes! thank you.

Had such an incredible experience! I walked in expecting a very tense and anxiety ridden environment - but we instead walked into a “Sky Diving Family” is what my instructor Brandon calls themselves there at Skydive Monterey Bay. I booked online, super easy, showed up 30 mins before my booking and was outta there in 3/4 hours. I heard today was one of the most beautiful days they’ve had in a while. Brandon - you were a terrific force/energy to be around! I wish you all nothing but the best and I can’t wait to be back!

Had the best time with Monterey Bay Skydiving. My partner booked our trip to celebrate my birthday and it was totally awesome! It was my first time skydiving but my jumpmaster, Brandon, made me feel super safe and comfortable. So I highly recommend requesting Brandon if it’s your first time because he’s a total pro! When I came back, I will definitely request him again. Thanks Monterrey Bay Skydiving team for a memorable birthday!
