My husband, mom and I went on a guided boat dive Tuesday to the aquarium pipes and then got dropped at the end of Breakwater to do a dive in on the wall. These were the first 5 dry suit/cold water dives for my mom and she needed extra help with carrying her weights, Ryan and the boat captain were both super helpful. Ryan kept us all together in 10-15ft of green vis and we had a great dive. Back on shore Ryan answered all the questions we had. He was an awesome guide and made us feel really comfortable.

We went to book for a dive in August. The dive was cancelled and they were supposed to refund my credit card. I didn't receive any refund and wrote back. I got a refund for one person and I'm still waiting on a 250$ that's missing. I wrote back and no answer. Don't trust this business. Very disorganized and dishonest.

We had a great experience here last week and have decided to use this shop again to rent a dive suit. We called a few days prior to reserve a suit and paid over the phone for the rental. A couple hour drive down here and we go to pick up the rental suit and.....they don't have it! Now we are without a suit and no other shop in the area has the size we need. Very disappointed, I used to work in a SCUBA shop and this was failure of training staff to ensure you have the equipment in hand before you make a reservation and take customer payment.

What a great dive shop! They were on the brink of closing and my daughter needed her two tanks filled and they stayed open a few more minutes to do it. Thank you so much! We've always had great experiences here. Nice and close to easily get whatever you need for your dives.

I cannot recommend this dive shop highly enough. I went there with Bryson for our Scuba training and certification. John Richardson the owner was our instructor. John is superb in explaining how to Scuba and and has a passion for the sport with over 7000 dives locally and more the world over. He is a strict follower of PADI. He is supported by instructors and staff in the dive shop. His son Hunter is personable and motivated me to sign is up for Scuba. I chose the all-inclusive option which includes all rental equipment. You just come with swim trunks and a towel! The initial certification consists of 2 weekends. The first weekend is learning and getting familiar with the equipment on day 1. Day two is about the swimming test and confined water (pool) training with all equipment for both weekends. The second weekend is a about open water training (providing you qualify). Make sure you complete the PADI online course and pass the exam. And fill out the medical form and get a physical from your doctor if there are any conditions which need a doctors release. We just finished both weekends and Bryson got PADI certified. We ended with a really nice dinner at the nearby Italian restaurant. A friendly instructor and assistance and really good students.. what’s not to like about scuba diving here? Can’t wait to get certified!!

Great experience with the dive tour! Enjoyed the benefit of a boat dive for dive 1, then a boat to shore egress for dive 2. Helpful and friendly staff.

These guys do a good job but the sticker shock is real. Ok, I get that you are diving in Cali and there is a lot of gear, but $275 for 2 dives is too much. And one dive you walk out on the beach and have to walk back to the shop. But, the staff is friendly and easy going. They also clearly love to dive, not just a job! Had to take a star for the price though…

Hated our trip was cancelled due to bad weather but lived their personalized safety focused engagement... Highly recommend. Sadly I can't tell anything about the whale watching... just that their professionalism is great and was worth the try. Refund was effortless.

Point 1. I didn't go diving with them, I can't say anything about that. Point 2. I have requested a dive for a specific day. I was told it was taking place and I could book it. So booked the dive. A day later, I get the information that the dive is not taking place. Without explanation. I accepted and asked for my money back. Despite new information that the repayment is being processed, no money has yet been received. There will be no response to further contact attempts. After about a month and this public review, they gave me the money back. Summary. If you are unsure, ask exactly whether you will actually be diving on the planned day before you book
