As other reviews stated it is not an outlet as everything for the most part is full price. I wanted a blanket and rather than getting it on Amazon I thought I would get it here so as not to wait. I was treated so poorly I refused to make the purchase and will never return there. I got the distinct impression the elderly female worker (silver hair) did not care much for Asians. For that matter if you’re Asian, don’t shop there.

We really had a great experience here thanks to Marissa! My Wife and I wandered in while waiting to be seated at a nearby restaurant and when we saw some of the prices we were amazed! We both love the brand, but it’s usually so pricey. Marissa was extremely pleasant and very attentive while we spent time shopping. We had to put the items on hold while we ate. When we returned Marissa was again very helpful and in a great mood. We excitedly found several items for both of us. Once I got back to our hotel I tried on some items and realized I needed to return to the store and exchange the items. Thankfully Marissa was walking in just was we were and she greeted us with a big smile and “Welcome back” Marissa made the exchange so easy and we even found several more items(again) that we just love. Throughout our time in the store Marissas assistance and input really added a lot of fun and excitement to our experience. While another nearby employee stood quietly, seemingly avoiding interacting with customers we were happy to have Marissa and her wonderful personality helping us(and others). We will definitely be back on our next visit from San Diego. Marissa, Thank You for making our Pendleton Experience so Memorable and Awesome!

I would give it 5 stars for the beautiful selection, but the service! The lady at the counter was just not interested, I asked her to open one blanket which I was keen on, looked like a tough one for her. She didn't care whether she makes a sale or not, did eventually walk out with quite a few things, sad service.

This place is across from the coastal trail where the sea lions are sunning on their fenced beach. The building looks run down on the outside as a former cannery but the inside is clean with high ceilings. Textiles were organized well but not sure why they call it an outlet as everything seemed full price. Nice to be able to feel the products vs ordering by internet/mail I suppose.

Great prices, friendly sales associates, but their plaids don't match on shirts at this outlet and from what I have seen pretty much holds true for any Pendleton plaid shirt. My grandmother would roll in grave over how poorly matched the plaids are at the sides of shirts. However, if you buy non-plaid shirts here the prices are better than anywhere I have looked to replace a wool shirt owned by my fiance that I shrunk.

You can find some great deals depending on the sale. Worth poking your head into to take a look at what's on special. Large selection and the workers are helpful to check company wide inventory and can get it shipped.

Hours are wrong. I was excited to shop here and they closed early with no warning or sign.

Good place to find the latest styles and great selection of all they sell online. Friendly staff and good sales.
