We really didn't like this particular store because of the trash that was lying around everywhere and when we received our drinks they weren't up to par either. My drink could have used a bit more Carmel and my son ordered a coffee that needed some sugar and when he asked for sugar for his coffee that we just paid plenty for he was told that they could only allow him three packs of sugar. I think everyone knows that three packs of that sugar is maybe equal to a teaspoon of the stuff and they want to ration it to the customer. Give me a break. We will never visit that location again.

Their coffee is good just like any other Starbucks however their staff needs some work. Every Starbucks I have ever been to has had super happy, delightful and friendly staff. Twice now I have come here and had to interrupt the staffs conversation just to get service. And the service I get is not friendly. No smiles, no have a nice day nothing. With better staff this would be a 5* review. Hopefully next time I visit the area there will be an improvement.

Great service. One of the only one's I know of with no drive through. Nothing wrong with going in!

Ordered on mobile app for faster pickup. Can take some time still depending on time of day and how busy it might be.

Typical Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary. I will say that orders do take a little longer here than most. Especially if you go before the local school starts or let's out. Also, there is no drive through so keep that in mind if that's your plan.

Fast mobile orders. Probably one of the biggest Starbucks I've ever been too. Super clean and lots of space if you want to come hang out or need a quiet place to get some work done.

Love this location when visiting Pacific Grove and Monterey area. It's great getting away from the main tourist area, be much calmer and can sit to enjoy the coffee. Great because of you need anything else, the Grocery store is right there as well. Convenient, and with worth the 5 minute drive.

My first time at this franchise. Clean parking area (even with the sea gulls scavanding for snacks from the garbage cans). Gabe brought me my order curbside. He was probably the most polite, professional and congenial Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. I wish him luck with his career pursuits.

Don't go there. Ordered a double Latte got less than a single. Ruined my commute thru it out when I got home. It was bad. It was about 5:30pm Wed Feb. 9th

Such a nice crew here and the coffee taste good. Sometimes at other Starbucks coffee taste burnt or stale but this location seems to always have fresh brewed coffee.

Just FYI your hours are listed wrong on Google. Tried stopping in this morning before golf just before 6am and the store was closed. Hours listed as opening at 5am.

I didn’t receive a greeting even though there was only one customer in the store and four baristas working. The mobile pick up area is pretty unattended compared to all other Starbucks I’ve been to. Nobody called out the name when the mobile order was ready, you just have to go check yourself. There’s no sign or anything from the baristas saying you can just take your drinks freely. I wasn’t sure if it was ok to just take mine since some other Starbucks have the baristas check and release the mobile orders. I wish the baristas were more interactive.
