🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 One of the best breakfast spots in Fishers. Food is all high quality, staff is always friendly, and never really need to wait long for a table. Same faces I see at Sahm’s and Rockstone which is cool with the staffing. Definitely tell the staff is on that grind which is respect. Love the local owned and operated business. Support local!! I’ll be back to try the lunch and let you all know! If your in the area check them out!

Went with a buddy of mine to The Roost while visiting. It was an awesome space! Loved the hometown feel and the food was delicious! Thank you for a great experience.

The best biscuits and gravy ever! The biscuits were so light and the gravy is so creamy. It was NOT so heavy, greasy and dense like many others. Bacon and eggs cooked exactly how I asked for! I will return here for sure next time I'm in town!

I've been coming to the roost forever. This was the worst experience I've ever had there. They were famous for their layered salad....gone, no longer on the menu, their quiche....gone, no longer on the menu. The food was dry, and the biscuits and gravy were sour. Waitress didn't seem to care much. just shrugged her shoulders and said she just works there. No offer to make something different. Won't be back...

Tl;dr passable breakfast experience. We have recently moved to the fishers area. I have been reading reviews about this place and wanted to give it a try. On a Saturday morning at 930am it was sort of busy but we were seated fairly promptly. The restaurant was warm and humid, I felt like I was in Florida. There are a lot of booth style seating. Our server was okay. Some of the other servers seemed to be a little more friendly. I had a half order of biscuits and gravy and a over medium egg on the side. The biscuit was light and fluffy but had a floury taste. The gravy was alright but forgettable. My egg was done as expected. One star off on the overall feeling of the restaurant. Half a star off on the food quality. 3.5/5 thanks for having us.

Our first time trying it and was not disappointed. A nice helping of food well worth the price. And very good.

Would have give 5 stars if host seemed at least a bit happy to be at work. Other than that, everything was great. Chilaquiles are as close to a real Mexican breakfast you can get. Waitress was very polite and super attentive. Lots of options on the menu for the family

We have been having breakfasts and brunches here for years, most recently a mid-week visit. You won't leave hungry or broke, but nothing is outstanding either. The single wall of windows faces north allowing minimal natural light, while the artificial lighting inside is set quite low, resulting in a rather dark, somber atmosphere. It can be difficult to find local eateries where an omelet is light and fluffy instead of merely two layers of scrambled eggs with stuffing; this place offers the latter. The server was reasonably attentive, but seemed to have the all-too-common demeanor of "I wish I were someplace else," but who knows, maybe it's justified. So, if you happen to be nearby and you're hungry, The Roost will fit the bill, but I cannot recommend going very far out of your way to eat here.

The Roost is my absolute favorite brunch spot! I come here with my family on a regular basis and it’s always a lovely time. Roberto is a great server and always so wonderful to see! I met the manager, Able, today and he was so friendly, too! Looking forward to coming back soon. 11/10 stars.

First, I need to mention that Amy was a stellar server and provided us excellent service during a busy Saturday late morning brunch. The restaurant has mostly booths, which is another plus because they’re more comfortable for my family. The food though…meh. I think that $13 for an omelet is just too much. The hasbrowns were not good and very dry. The white toast was thick and delicious. My daughter ordered the kids pancake combo which was just a giant pancake and two overly done sausage patties. The kids drink cost extra and was not included. It’s tough to pay $8 for a young child to eat out. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. He should have read the description though, because it was covered in melted cheese. He said it was tasty but the chicken was so over cooked that he could not eat it. I’m sure that we could have sent some of the food back to be remade, but don’t want to be called a Karen 😭
