First time I've been, but not the last! This place is like a steak and shake, the difference is that, the food comes out in a timely manner, the restaurant is actually open, and your shoes don't stick to the floor. The shakes are very very good! Also they are pretty thick. The burger I got was cooked thoroughly and assembled correctly! The fries are super delicious, and compatible for dipping in the shake (I highly recommend doing it). Overall the experience I had was really really good! 11/10 I definitely recommend this Jaggers!!!

Excellent food, fast friendly service, burgers were delicious and tots were crispy and amazing. Restaurant was clean and looked new.

Pretty good place to stop and grab a quick bite. The burgers are great and the sides are good as well. Staff seemed friendly and restaurant was clean.

I came here when Jaggers first opened. I was not impressed at that time. I gave them some time to get through new opening and I honestly hadn’t been back for probably 10 months. My kids began enjoying the place in the last eight months so I came with them. In the last three months I’ve been here no less than eight times. Their food quality is very good. In addition the property is well-maintained manicured and clean. The staff have always been extremely helpful and attentive. They are efficient and the food is a great value for the quality. Keep up the great work. Love having quality places to eat at

My first experience at Jaggers and it was great! The food was very fresh and prepared quickly. The prices are also a little more reasonable then comparable chicken places. Highly recommended Jaggers

“Now that is a tasty burger” Extremely impressed. Bun was perfect, burger cooked perfect, and tons of flavor! My kid like the chicken finger. Fries are shoestring and cooked perfect. New drive thru is similar to chick filet or Portiellos. Excellent will be back

Superbly fresh food and great service. Ask for a side of Jaggers sauce and you won’t regret it. Compared to other fast food places, your money will go a lot further here.

Great burgers and great chicken here. Love that you can get tater tots instead of fries with your meals. Their tater tots are fantastic. Also the Jagger’s sauceon their burgers is very good. Similar to Big Mac sauce, but better.

Sick of orders being wrong. Went through drive through. Sandwich wrong again... went inside. They were rude. Manager seemed very annoyed. Rolled her eyes. No apology. Needs new management or something. Plenty of other, better options for this price....

I don't give 5 stars because I have only been once but I really loved my mushroom burger. Their french fries are excellent because they are cut is little sizes. The rest of my family had chicken tenders, avocado burger and they were satisfied as well

I love Jaggers!!! I normally get their regular burger but today I got their sunrise burger which was absolutely phenomenal. I only wish I would have known how high the calories are first so I could have planned what I ate that day a little differently. The staff was also great as well as friendly. Definitely would come back and recommend to anyone.

If you want a lukewarm chicken sandwich or burger. This is the place. They used to be good. Now everything is sitting in warmers waiting to be served. Even the fries and tater tots are cold. I have mentioned to management coming in before ordering. Still nothing was done! While I was waiting for my order, I saw them put my chicken sandwich in the microwave. This is not the first time I saw them put my chicken sandwich in the microwave. You cannot get fresh cooked chicken even if you ask for it. Cane's is better anyway. There's a new Cane's up the Street.

Food was great! Came out hot. Both my husband and I enjoyed milkshakes as well. They were delicious! Music was a little loud, made talking a challenge.

My son and I agree the tots were the best we've ever had. We went through the drive through 5 minutes before closing and they were ready to serve us. The atmosphere inside looked more classy than a typical fast food joint, but we didn't go inside so I can't authoritatively comment on the atmosphere. We ordered black bean burgers and they were really good, but the real stars were the tots. We'll be back.

These fries are amazing. The flavor of both the good burger and chicken sandwich is just delicious. I will certainly be back. I also appreciate the prices. I paid the same amount for this delicious meal as I would have at some basic fast food chain. So much better!!

When i discovered this place last year, it was one of the best burger places in my book, but i went there tonight, drove 15 minutes out of the way, and was very disappointed! The burger meat was chewy, they completely forgot our fries and instead of Coke i got diet Coke. It is very sad that this place went down the drain this quick. I hope you guys do better next time because i really love this place, and it's always been my go-to for a great taste.

Food was fire! I love some good tater tots but this was another level. Tater tots were perfectly crispy and the shoestring fries were the same. Went with the family and they hooked us up! Super friendly service. Gave us all the sauces, free side of brownies, fries, and 2 milkshakes (since they made the shakes by mistake from another order)!!! The manager came to the table and introduced himself and was super friendly then another employee came around and refilled all our drinks and pre-bussed the table for us. Y'all, this was top notch service and a kid friendly atmosphere. Food was fast, hot, and house made (including most of the sauces). This place is my new jam!

Service inside is awesome. Of course it's the person behind the counter who sets the tone for service quality. This young man was courteous and helpful and pleasant to talk to. Not something you find anymore in post COVID America fast food restaurants. The food was great and the staff were on it. Actively cleaning tables and keeping the place clean when they were'nt busy with customers.

Oh wow!!! My new go-to-place. Stopped in got a chicken sandwich. It had huge pickles and a yummy sauce. Also got the tater tots. Oh lord!! Just as good. With a side of sausage gravy. A very well deserved 5 stars ladies and gents. Will for sure be back. 😁

Great burgers and chicken! Love their shoestring fries, too. We drive 35 miles each way to indulge our Jaggers cravings! Wish they'd come to Muncie! The prices are reasonable, too.

Not sure how anyone could rate this place below a 4-5 star. Some people are just never happy I guess, sure we all know someone like that. I come here all the time being a service tech and it's always on point. Best chicken hands down, better then chick fil a, one of the cleanest kitchens I've seen in fast food, more food for your money in my opinion. Great place..

Today was my first time visiting a Jaggers. I ordered a berry salad and grilled cheese through the drivethru. I was excited to read about the ingredients of the salad on the menu but was very disappointed when I actually saw my salad. “Mixed greens” and “iceberg mix” area not the same thing. Also, the grapes were whole and the chicken chunks were huge- both of which I had to cut up further to eat them as part of the salad. All of this said, the ranch and blue cheese dressings were very good, so was the unsweetened iced tea. Heck, even though it was cheap lettuce, after I cut up the toppings the salad was pretty good. The grilled cheese was pretty good too… the upside down bun was tasty and cooked correctly. I liked everything I tried. Disappointed in the salad mix, but not disappointed in the flavors. Staff was very friendly. I might try this place again.
