Jen is an absolutely horrible manager! Wasted 4 hours of my time! I went in for an interview at 2:00 PM and sat for an hour before being told to come back at 4:30, so an hour and a half later I come back at 4:30 and wait ANOTHER HOUR! BECAUSE MANAGER JEN WAS LATE! The whole time I was waiting for this interview it’s because the manager wasn’t even there! Why would you schedule an interview for 2:00, then 4:30, THEN NOT BE THERE UNTIL 5:30? This is absolutely unacceptable and a disgusting waste of my time! On top of this, the interview ended within 2 minutes after asking about my weekend availability, I told them I was not available on weekends due to my other job, and the interview immediately ending after trying to shame me for having a second job saying it was unfair to other workers for me to have weekends off, as if that’s somehow my fault for having another job! A gross, egregious waste of my time! Thank you for wasting my entire day when I explicitly stated on the application MY AVAILABILITY THAT SHE ALREADY KNEW, HAD SHE READ MY APPLICATION. Jen, you need to have better organization skills and be on time to be a successful hiring manager, absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT WORK HERE! I can only imagine the type of stuff they try to pull after witnessing this today as someone trying to work here. I feel sorry for the workers.

Restaurant was less than half full and we were told it would be 30m wait. Finally got seated and the waitresses took our drink order, 20m later our drinks Finally arrived... my Vonda cranberry was 90% cranberry 10% ice, I had to send it back because I literally couldn't taste any alcohol in it, asked them to remake it... new one was just as bad.... food came out piecemeal, instead of all at once, even worse the kids food came LAST! We had ordered the all you can eat riblets, when we ordered a refill I waited over 30m, eventually we gave up waiting and left.... terrible service, terrible food, terrible drinks... never again

The portions seemed a bit small but I ended up being full in the end so it was good! Forgot to take pics because I was too hungry lol I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was delicious 😋

Came to visit family on 8/19. The restaurant was not busy nor at capacity. We were seated and provided menus. That's it. We were not attended to nor offered drinks but watched as the staff served 3 other tables and ignored us. 40 mins later after being told our server was to come by (and never did), we departed. Shame.

We visited this Applebee’s two weeks ago and we’re very pleased with the experience, so much so, I felt I needed to share. We don’t come to these chain restaurants often, but we had a large group (8 kids, ranging from 12-18 yo) and 4 adults. Following the final night of a school play, this is where the kids wanted to celebrate. The service was fantastic! We had the kids sit at one table and adults at an adjacent table, the staff eagerly accommodated this request. The menu options were great, the price was reasonable and the food quality was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The next day I realized I’d left my purse hanging on the chair at Applebee’s and expected the worst. Lo and behold, they had my bag and were holding it for me! I retrieved it the next day and was so grateful to the staff for keeping it safe. Great job to the entire team, especially the manager (I assume) who checked in on is a few times and made sure we were in good hands— he was friendly, helpful and funny. I should have reviewed them right away, but life got in the way. We will be back!

Customer service is key. Care is key. Pick up orders appear to get disrespected. My order was signed off as correct by Bry. But after I drove 7 miles home I found that it was not correct. My drinks were not filled to the top and my order was missing all the toppings and the side. I called the restaurant and was asked to return. When I arrived back for the replacement meal, I was ignored by Bry? and another server at the pick-up counter for what felt like 10 minutes. I then overheard Bry talking about other orders... that this is the 3rd pick-up order, and that we (servers) are not going to make any money. I'm thinking could this be why there's no real care about the pick up order customer experience ? She knew I was waiting to be helped with our replacement order but chose to take a pickup order phone call. This is after we had already been standing there for a while like I was invisible. I had to finally get her attention telling her I've been waiting for a while. And I asked for the manager. The manager Dave was apologetic and helpful. I will update this review after the meal refund is received.

We arrived at this location and made a reservation around 8:30. After about a quick minute we got a message saying our table was ready. We went inside to check in but workers said our table wasn’t ready yet because it was still being “cleaned”. Although there was several tables available it took 30 minutes for us to be seated. We sat there for nearly 30 minutes with not even our drink orders taken. Then a party of 9+ came in and got their drinks taken as soon as they sat down. They even ordered their meals while my family and I just sat there waiting. Waitress just stood there having a chat knowing well we haven’t been served. Service was just extremely upsetting and ruined everyone’s appetite. This should be taken care of as soon as possible. This place has lost a loyal family.

Food was okay, only took 5 minutes to be seated. Then our waitress took 15 minutes just to come over introduce herself and take our drink order, by the time she came back we ordered appetizers and main meal ask together, we were hungry as well as our kid. They brought the wrong appetizer and ended up getting both main dishes and the appetizer together, our waitress wasn't even the one to bring us our food didn't see her again until we said our dish should've come with ranch and she said no it didn't but she could give us some for an extra charge, we said no. First time not leaving a tip but i don't feel bad. Got home and looked up the menu and yes our dish did in fact come with ranch. Won't be coming back to this location, they need to retain their staff!

The food is average. It's basic restaurant food. The service sucked. I know it's dollarita month but it took them almost 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have the cinnamon rolls I ordered. My friends had already gotten their food and drinks and I didn't have anything because the bartender refused to make a frozen drink on the rocks. Since it had taken so long to bring out chicken strips I figured it was too late to order anyting else. We left. I hate it there.

My family took me here for Veterans Day, and being a veteran, my meal was free. The wait was minimal, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I had the Chicken Parmesan on Spaghetti.

I paid for a 26 dollar 12oz steak and it was not okay. I compared the steak to the picture advertised and should have gotten my money back. Asked for loaded mash potatoes and they threw a fat wab of sour cream on top. Food was cold. The broccoli was good though. My man's ribs was good, so he claimed. But hey you get what you pay for. Besides the food, the waiter was nice.

Clean, courteous customer service. Food was fast and fresh, drinks were yummy. We'll be back.

This visit was a disappointment. Ordered fish and chips and chicken tenders. Seemed the cook didn’t care. The fish fillet was stuck to each other and the frozen portion was uncooked. Had to return the order. The chicken tenders looked like chicken nuggets. It looked like they fried foster farms chicken tenders and presented it to the customer. They were happy to replace it. From food to cocktail it was a disappointment.

Lunch was delicious. Salmon was completely scrumptious. Ribs were tender and juicy. Chicken Salad was a treat. Very cheery waitress. It is nice to be able to be out again.

Our poor waitress for one was way overworked. She was pretty much serving the entire restaurant. Our food was just awful. It was old, dry, and not appealing. I ended up getting sick later that night. My husband ordered a beer and didn't even receive it until after we finished our food.

Never brought sodas but charged for them, then when she was told that at the end of service she said oh do you want them to go. NO I don't I want them off my bill that took 6days for a refund. Never cleared dirty plates nor from appetizers never brought napkins other than what the utensils were wrapped up in inwhich was cloth! Never checked in on us besides when it was time to pay. Food wasn't good cold tacos.

The food was fast and hot. Could not beat the bar service. The bar servers were on top of their game. Could not expect anything more than what they provided

WAS regular date night spot for year's. Loved the curly haired bartender. Came in today and I swear everyone there was a teenager. Drinks never got refilled, never checked on us, food was wrong horrible date night - not coming back - thanks

She host seems new, however she working on service. The food was perfect . The drinks also. Nice spot to eat with family or friends. They give free bday dessert

So I took my mother out for a late night dinner and she chose Applebee's, so I got her ready,put the wheelchair in the trunk and we were off, when we got there it looked like they were short staffed, they had three servers on the floor and it took about 40-45 minutes to get a seat, but since my mom isn't able to get out much we waited it out, we were sat in a handicap friendly area, ordered our drinks which didn't take long and then we ordered our food which took a while but it was ok. I did order my burger medium rare but they ended up cooking it all the way through, mom ordered the classic chicken Alfredo which she enjoyed. All in all it was an ok time with my mom, just make a reservation if you don't want to wait like I did

Manager Paul is amazing. Food is always good and the vibe is so chill.

It's a Veterans day tradition. This Applebee's was excellent with a quick wait come after lunch. I was treated with much respect and courtesy. Made me proud to serve. Steak was cooked to perfection and a Diet Pepsi served with a smile. My waitress was awesome and I want to personally acknowledge the great service I received from Lauren N., she had a smile the whole time I was there and seemed genuinely happy to be working. Thanks again for honoring us. I plan to come in again soon.

Service was great and so was the food! I was impressed with our server. The two servers working handled the room for sure and I did tip accordingly. Was going back today but my grand had nachos at school so maybe Saturday.

My wife and I stopped in for a early dinner on Saturday . The restaurant was not crowded the staff was very helpful they looked to be short staffed . Service was very good my wife had the Blackened Cagun Salmon , I had Bourbon Street Grilled chicken and Shrimp . If you are driving north on 99 and you see Applebee's you have missed the exit , going south on 99 exit on to Bond Rd go west turn left into the shopping center take outer rim road to the far end there you will see Applebee's there's a lot of parking .

Excellent beer (Lagunitas Little Sumpin) Good service, host, server, bartender. Burger in the menu looks so appetizing, and BIG!. But the actual burger is small, tastes good. The fries tastes fresh and nicely fried. Music is not too loud, good for a family crowd. The portions of foods are a small. They gave my little one a nice fun activity, but they run out of crayons, bummer…

I ordered the rib eye medium and when I got my meal it was well done. It took a while to get our waitress to come by to show her. I ate some of the potatoes and broccoli. I wasn't trying to get a free meal, I just wanted a new steak. Not only was the rib eye perfect they gave it to me for free. I don't like to complain but I am glad I did cuz I so enjoyed my rib eye.

Very busy, long waits and small servings. The food did taste good. My boyfriend ordered ribs, and they tasted great, but had no meat on them. I ordered bourbon street chicken and it tasted great, but very small portions compared to other restaurants with similar prices. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

The bartender took our order. She was very personable and I could tell she was very good at her job. My dad and I got the $25 meal deal. We both had the riblets with fries and the mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. The riblets were cooked perfect and were very tender the fries were not hot but they were still good. I want to think that bartender for being kind. We basically closed down Applebee's with her and she was patient and did not try to rush us out. The only thing she forgot was to charge me for my drink which I let her know that she needed to add it on. Plus if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to get my one free movie ticket. The place was clean didn't use the bathroom so I can't tell you about that.
