We ordered a variety of pizzas and the Chicken Caesar Salad. The pizzas were incredibly dry, and the Caesar Salad was plain, sad, and made with old lettuce. Additionally, our server made ordering very confusing and was quite awkward. Definitely would not recommend, especially given the plethora of dining options right in the neighborhood.

Was having a lovely day out with my step daughter (11), decided to go for a meal. Our server was amazing, I'm not sure of his name but I believe he told another lady he's from Fiji. 10/07/22 at 17:30pm is when we came in. He will likely remember us. My step bub is 11 and has quite bad anxiety but not only did he get her talking, but even gave her a big high five as we left which really made her giggle. The staff was lovely, food was amazing. Best lasagne I've ever had, and the mac &cheese my daughter had was amazing, first meal she has ever finished in a restaurant as she struggles with food. We shared the cookie dough, again best we've ever had. The toilets were very clean. Not that it applies to us, but the restaurant is not disability friendly for anyone wondering. Toilets are downstairs and not a lot of wheelchair room. But other than that it's excellent. Dippy the dinosaur enjoyed it too!! Our server deserves a raise! Thank you for a lovely meal.

Was looking for a great meal to end our visit but we instead stepped into a tourist trap no doubt. The service was friendly and the place was clean but the food lacked. The pasta had no flavor and was like it was straight from the jar. The pizza tasted like they put sauce and cheese on an English muffin. And the daiquiri was not like one should be. Need to look this drink up and try again so it’s authentic to its region.

He food was delicious, portion was enough. Clara’s service was pretty good.

I just love a full English breakfast. Yes, it’s unhealthy and kinda pedestrian but it’s delicious and they make a really good one here. So if you’re staying in an area and looking for a proper full English breakfast, this is the place!

Dropped in right before closing, they got us fed quickly and food was amazing. Pizza and pasta with a beer! Friendly fast service great end to a day of drinking!

We had a great experience at Bella Italia. The food arrived within 10 minutes after ordering, same for the drinks. The waiters offered to grate Parmesan and black pepper on top of the dishes, which was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. Both the pasta and the salad were really good. The cookie dough dessert was delicious, one of the best I had so far. The only reason for the service being 4 stars is the fact that the waiters were very quick to check in on us and also brought the bill immediately after we finished our dessert, it king of felt like they were rushing to get us out, but they were incredibly nice. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely restaurant, we had the vegan spaghetti and meatballs which was super tasty. Our waitress was really friendly. Thanks for having us!

Waited on by Cara, who was attentive to our needs, even as a large group of 11. She even managed to remember the bills for each family within the group and split the bills accordingly. One of us inadvertently left their bank card on the table and we received a call (and text) shortly after we left, informing us of the mistake. They kept it aside until someone was able to return to collect shortly after. Food was tasty and good portions.

Located close to a number of tube stations and easy to reach on the main road. We had our team Xmas dinner there recently. We had pre-ordered, etc. The team were very helpful and professional considering we were a large crowd and hadn't had much to drink at the time. The food was very good for all the choices our team had, no one had any issue. Drinks choice was good also. Well worth a visit.

Our last night in London and we tried Bella Italia as recommended by our hotel concierge at Double Tree Hilton-Hyde Park. Cara was our server and so lovely. She was helpful, attentive, inquired where we were from. Cara made dinner fun! Food and drinks were great!

Had a great evening and dinner at Bella Italia. I ordered the Calamari, Gamberoni and raspberry crush and it was delicious. I was served by Marie, who was so kind and accommodating to all our requests. Excellent service and great food.

Lovely staff and fast services. I tried there meat feast pizza with honey sauce which was lovely! Good for those with a sweet tooth! Chips were really nice and fresh! Would recommend and I'd definitely visit again

First time visiting and had a nice time! Was served by Sujoy during the evening, whose service was great from beginning to end; very friendly as well! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy. Would definitely come back!

Great experience today, food was lovely. Good amount of sauce topping, calamari was lovely. Great service from Sujoy, very friendly and welcoming. Speed with taking order to serving to checking back from time to time is on spot, not too quickly make you feel rushed, not too slowly feel like you’ll never find a staff. Just spot on

The food looks good… but taste was very average for a popular Italian chain. We stepped in seeing the bolognaise pasta that was being promoted at the entrance but was totally disappointing as there was absolutely no sauce or meat in it.. the started we ordered calamari and bruschetta were good .

Bella Italia is a good restaurant with delicious, well balanced and also nicely seasoned food. The staff is from the very first second very friendly, recommending food and making it comfortable for every customer. We were 3 days in one week at this restaurant and tried a lot of different dishes. Surprise.. we loved all of them, the Vegetariana Pizza, the Chicken Caesar Salad, Bolognese, Lasagna, ... and the Tiramisu. (Which was by far the best we ever had) The prices are not too high and you really get what you have payed for, making it is totally worth it. We really wish the restaurant best luck and hope to get into the taste of good Italien food soon again. Christine & Noel

I kept smelling this as I shopped on the block. Only Stayed 4 nights and had it in on the third day. Had a delicious pepperoni pizza. Best I’ve had in a long time. The salad was filled with a variety of fresh lettuces. The gentleman server was kind an attentive. There was enough left for lunch the next day. It was so good, I went back the next night. It was later and packed, but we still received great service from the server. I had the 3 item meal, meatballs, lasagne, and gelato. The meatballs were tasty and she grated fresh cheese, table-side. The lasagne was hot, huge, and cheesy. I was so full and it was the hottest day on record, so I took the gel@to Togo, and had it after a cool shower in the hotel. If I ever come back to London, I will make sure to stop by.

One of the worst places that I have ever stepped into. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, I’ve been in the food retail business before and I know how a customer should be treated but these guys do not know the slightest. I walked in as I was very thirsty and also needed to use the washroom, just as I was on the way the waiter told me “ we don’t allow people from the street to walk in, please leave “. I told him that I needed to go to the toilet and once I am done, I would have sat down and ordered but all the waiters charged to me with aggressive faces like I was a burglar. I felt so low. Yes, maybe I should have waited but I was feeling very bad so I could not hold it. If you guys have self respect, do not visit this place. There was a manager probably who is 40-50s bald brownish skin who had the worst of behaviour. Behaviour reflects upbringing and old man, you will get what you deserve.

Went second time today here with 2 of my friends and have been impressed with quality of the food and amazing service we have received. All of us have taken 3 set menu and all of us different. We tried each other food and have been impressed by all the dishes- very tasty and great portions. Food has been delivered in very timely manner and people serving us(all of them) ask how is the food and asked before every set if we would like to receive out next set now. I love to eat out and enjoy great experience and this was superb. In terms of school grades I will give A*, unfortunately google does not allow higher than 5 stars. See you soon definetely

I just arrived in Europe from Vancouver and this was the closest delicious looking restaurant to me from my hotel! And omg it is definitely delicious: proven! The service is impeccable and fun! Bella Italia di nome e di fatto! It was one of the best experience I had in a real Italian restaurant. This branch in particular it's one of the best I have tried so far. The location is wonderful, full of painting and different colors, the friendly feeling I felt it was something unique. The quality of the food it was extraordinary fresh, tasty and delicious! You can be able to feel each different flavors and textures originally from Italy. Very much recommended dishes: Calamari fritti, Crab arancini, Gamberoni pasta and Duck ragu fresh pasta. Every dish we had was a pleasure to see and brilliant experience to taste. We have been served by only one waitress able to do the job of 3 more at least. And we had the pleasure to meet the manager on charge that evening that guide us trough the origin of the brand and the huge variants of wine. After all it was an amazing experience, very very recommended. If you have a chance you should definitely give it a try, you want regret it!
