We stayed 5 nights recently on a caravan site. It's the cheapest park for a reason. Don't expect flash amenities. On the positive side the staff were very accommodating and helpful, green grass on our site and some beautiful established shade trees.

Great little caravan park! Toilets and showers were super clean, the man that checked us in was lovely. The price is so good for what you’re getting and you’re just a short walk from the bottle shop and iga. Happy days!! Thanks for having us

Friendly and very accommodating manager. Sites were a reasonable size and easy access. Grass with concrete slabs. Older style amenities were clean with plenty of cubicles. Would stay again.

New hosts Michelle and Russell, were very helpful with nothing to big of an ask for them when required. Lovely tree's and grounds which I believe they are slowly getting back to order after the recent floods. Credit to their efforts in such a short time of them working there. I recommend you stay a day or three and soak up everything this place has to offer....

None of the laundries work, grasshoppers, large cockroaches and very poorly maintained park. Would not stay here again, and will spread the word. Desperately in need of a lot of work, don't think the owner cares at the state of this place. Yes it is relatively cheap ($35) per night, but it is grossly overrated and priced for what is being charged.

This place doesn't deserve our visit or anyone else! It is old, completely not maintained: ventilators not working, never provide any clean towels, no body around reception or never open and human contacts is not existent / impossible! Don't ever come to this place unless you want to upset yourself, your loved ones or your holidays!

Can't say anything bad about the service and the park itself was ok but the camp kitchen next to me was disgusting and the amenities were like a 1950's abandoned building. I thought as a budget option the budget was reflected in everything but the $35 price tag for an unpowered site. Can't recommend

Great caravan site and very safe. Very busy with good facilities and very friendly staff. Not to far from the IGA and fuel. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the warm weather.

A nice quiet park ,the grass sites were a little bit rough. The amenities were old but okay ,now the shower was a little bit tight for an old visitor like me. We enjoyed the Stay.

Rooms were decent size Sadly the air con in unit 6 smelt like stale cigarette smoke Couldn't figure out how much washing machines were as no signage. Other than that it was easy location to access Rooms were very clean. Bedding was good. Would stay there again

Not recommended - this was our worst caravan park experience to date. Drive-through sites are only the width of a van. The park is riddled with ants and old, run-down and not well-maintained. Reception staff are inefficient - not impressed with the JW brochure I was given at check-in. Laundries are hit and miss, with some dryers and machines not working; a permanent resident near the laundry also puts on his sprinkler with no regard for others' washing. Asked for a refund for dryer fees as the dryer did not work and was told the reception staff are not authorised to give refunds and I would need to go to another motel in town to see the owner for a refund…eventually was referred to housekeeping to sort the issue, who went to find someone else to help and never returned. Not impressed.

Booked a large drive through site for my 5er and truck the day before and they gave it to a small camper! So I got a little corner spot for 2 days, but got the 1st night free, bonus.

Good value at $200 pw but really needs some TLC, washing machines out of order, overgrown sites

Cheap and perfect for overnight stop. Bathrooms clean, plenty of hot water. Had couple issues finding power on a couple sites, but worked out in the end

Camped the night here in our campervan. Awesome showers, great service, we turned up and called to see if they had any space available for us.

I have stayed in this park. It was in need of at least $100,000 to bring it up to scratch. The photos of the camp kitchen are not correct they may belong in another park. The electricity needs an overhaul. I did not use the ammenties at all. I also believe the pictures of the modern cabins may have been put up on the incorrect caravan park. I have dogs, but the permanents let their dogs roam and defecate everywhere. The permanents are a very mixed bunch, some sites ok others very rough looking. During my couple of weeks' stay (delayed leaving due medical problems), I often had the police drive through the park multiple times. They also visited with unmarked and marked cars looking for certain people. I have been travelling full-time in a caravan all over Australia, and this park would have to be one of the worst I have stayed in.

Great place enjoyed our stay and will def be back. Stayed for 1 week lovely big clean sites. Only issue we had was the washing machines ...had to swipe card numerous times before it would work ...other than that ...We loved our stay 4 STAR

Cleanliness of the room was awesome. Basically set up for a family (up to 5). Was just myself and Pumba the 4 legged friend .. so we rattled around. Near to a bottlo and shirt drive to town for a feed.

We're still here, good location, lots of room, clean toilets, beautiful flowering trees and mostly covered in grass, $35 for a powered site. Spending 3 nights here.

Very friendly staff, lovely campsite with grass and trees, cheap compared with other parks, we loved it there!

Basic budget park. Good size sites with plenty of space. Pet friendly. Toilets/ showers basic but kept clean by staff. Biggest let down is camp kitchen. Needs at lot of work to get functioning or just shut it down

Old and outdated. not only that but beds didn’t have doonas and lights weren’t turned off so i had a light in my eyes the entire night. the price tag is honestly the biggest laught i’ve ever come across. charge that much if you have clean amenities and a doona on the bed. $190 a night is a rip off.

We were charged $190 a night for a cabin with 2 people. All beds in the cabin could not be slept I'm. At 7 months pregnant all I needed was a clean comfortable, cool place to rest overnight. Myself and my partner could feel the springs in all the beds and sunk into each other. We had to pull our camp bed out and sleep on the floor. The shower amenities were so dirty I chose to not shower at all. The mould and hair in the drain made me physically ill. Not to mention the exposed wires right near the water. There is many much nicer places I have stopped and happily spent my money to support the local community of Canarvon as I pass through. This will not be one I return to. Unfortunately due to the bush fire and firies in town I could not secure a hotel room. You can get a much cleaner and comfortable room in Canarvon for $190 a night. Just prepare before you arrive. To the caravan park owners.. your park has alot of potential. Instead of ripping people blind and making them feel dirty and uncomfortable during their stay, show your park some love so we enjoy it and want to come back. I'm sure you will feel a little bit better about making your money the hard working honest way. ✌

We stayed in one of the onside cabins and the floors were dirty and the shower was full of mould. It's quite run down and neglected.

Terrible place. Electricity wasn't working properly, kept shorting out, and blew the element in out hot water system. Couldn't use the power at all so spent a night in a park where we paid, and couldn't use our power 🤬 A rude permanent patron in the park abused us for kicking up dust and making his harlley dusty ?? Dust everywhere , hard to avoid dust. Cover it dude!!!. Managers absolutely no help, and the lady was actually quite rude to us when we complained. Asked for a refund, but never happened. Stay away !!!! Go to Big 4 up the road. Can't do minus 2 stars, but that would be our rating.

Nice park, could do with a bucket & mop left in for people to clean up after the MUD they leave behind. Hand wash & hand blowers, nice park, quiet.

This is a simple caravan park with old but very clean amenities. The sites have a great concrete slab and as well as a maintained grassy area. The staff are friendly and you can stay here for decent price compared to the other parks, so it’s awesome and it’s in a good location too near the Chinaman’s Pool and the Fruit Loop. “Jonique Life” Follow our journey around Australia on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube as we highlight wonderful experiences and magical places you can add to your ever growing bucket list.

Really good campground, owners are helpful, bathrooms are clean with nice showers. We had a lovely campsite under the shade of a tree. We recommend !
