Don't know why there are such bad comments. But as far as I am concerned, the manager Cathy is a very nice day. she provided us a lot of useful information, and even though we end up in caravan park, she still replied my message very politely. We asked many accommodation, if you want to live under a roof, this one turns out to be the best price for backpackers.

The boss is really rude and not educated person. Bad really bad.

The owner is really worst. You don’t get back deposit until you clean house like 5 stars hotel. She will make you really unhappy. Backpacker spoiler.

Stayed here a few years back the owner Kathy was rude and very controlling, she will accuse you for things you have not done and threaten you. What a horrible experience, don't stay here if don't want to spoil your memories in Carnavon. She is like a psycho when she is in a bad mood

My travel mates room was nive but my room (the one that opens up to the front porch) actually smelt like raw sewage. No exaggeration.. also wouldn't give us an extra half an hour to get our stuff packed up. Rude

I stayed there about 2 weeks for farm work 20y ago. I was a driver there for free accommodation. I forgot his name but I had big fight with owner old man lol. Now one of my good memories

The owner is a rude person . Please don’t come here for accommodations. It's no different than a trap.
