We went for dinner. Gorgeous place, cool and old school pub. Great service and amazing food. Parmi was amazing and huge. Squid was really good too. It was quiet when we got there, considering the food and service was great it was a shame for them that it was so quiet but also nice for us too.

Pleasantly surprised at the food a n d service. Great little pub..definitely worth a visit. Staff or owner was also very welcoming.

We didn’t stay at the accommodation but had. Wonderful meal in the hotel. Very fresh food and wonderful service. Would highly recommend.

Best Angus steak I have ever eaten, and that says alot for me, was cooked medium to rare and it just melted in my mouth the side salad was fresh and tasty and packed with different flavours that exploded in my mouth. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be dining here time and time again.

Went there for lunch at noon on a Thursday. The service was slow, and the atmosphere was very sad and slow. It had a dark Interior and was awfully quiet. The food was delicious and great quality, but the Chip portions were massive. The location is great as it is right on the main street, and there is parking on a lovely 2-way alley. It allows easy access to other shops and is about a 2 minute walk from the Fascine.

Basic accommodation, communal bathrooms Pub is great, friendly staff. Food was good.

Ordered the surf & turf, rare. Came out med-well. The emperor was like rubber. Both meals where cold. Would have sent it back, but we where the and just wanted to leave.

Lovely meals that were very reasonably priced, Laid back atmosphere will definitely go there again.

Every time I come past from perth, I have to stop here & get the chicken pami… Best chicken parmi in Western Australia. It was yummy, delicious & massive size!! It was worth the money. I love my chicken Pami’s & this pami tops it!! The staff are great & prices are great to.

Had the BLT for brekkie here. Fantastic value with the stacks of bacon. Well cooked food and well mannered staff. Would highly recommend this place.

The food at that place is very good. The Rdd Snapper I had was perfect. Minimum batter and all fish cooked beautifully.

Great old Aussie hotel & pub! Not for the people who crave luxury but if you like to stay in a building with a hundred year history, this is the authentic place. The common area upstairs is huge and the balcony beautiful. The people running the place were really friendly and helpful. Sadly, the pub was closed that night due to unforeseen circumstances but open for breakfast the next day, which attracted a good crowd and rightfully so.

Very nice hotel, good quiet night, parmi and pint was great tasting and value. Friendly staff and service.

Had a couple of beers and also coffee here and sat outside at front of hotel with umbrellas. Came early afternoon so was quiet. Hotel bar area was clean and staff very friendly. Also group of 4 of us came few days later and had a meal and drinks there. Food nice, tasty and substantial

Great meals served, fresh, hot fishnchips, fish patties. I would say one of the best meals in Carnarvon and value for money.

Welcoming with good food, we went over a few days (10 of us) in November 2021, everybody had a great experience. The food all came at the same time and was excellent. Tried a few places to eat in Canarvon but this was my favourite.
