Didn't stay here, just ordered a burger & chips for takeaway. Both the burger & the chips were incredibly bland & cold. It was strange because the burger appeared to have good ingredients but absolutely zero flavour.

Whoa! It took us AN HOUR to get from the hotel carpark into the rooms! 60 minutes of wandering around the facility, phoning all the phone numbers, knocking on all the doors and waking up all the customers in the process, because there was absolutely nobody expecting us at the time I specified during booking (20:00 to 21:00). I booked 5 rooms, and three out of 5 keys simply didn't work. And, as there was again nobody available (guy that gave us keys left no phone number, no door number, and I couldn't find him the second time), we had to take out the window frames to get inside the rooms we pre-paid for. That's just... wow... kind of service. Even for WA. If your customers phone the police for help whilst dealing with your business - something's got to change.

Stayed overnight in hotel. Noise from pub kept us awake until after 11pm. Hotel old and not maintained.

My partner and I were riding our bikes to Exmouth and stopped in Carnarvon for a good bed and hot shower! We stayed at the hotel connected here and we absolutely loved the staff running the place!!!! We will definitely come back! It so hard to find good people with amazing customer service these days and we were lucky to gain this amazing crew! Thank for the support we had an amazing trip see you again and thanks for having a laugh with us about the other crazy cyclist trying to follow us!

Food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced - large serves. Good service. Take-away orders optional.

Beautiful old pub, great staff, friendly and willing to help. Room had plenty of space. Well within walking distance to town, swimming, grocery shop. The food and drinks...awesome!

Pub was good, food was good, room was clean but first place I've stayed up this way that had not turned AC on to cool the room down for sleeping we have worked in the heat all day we don't need to sleep in the heat also, will suggest our company books elsewhere.

Don't believe the add when it tells you sea views you get No views, these rooms are in big need of upgrading. The cleaner is a very nice lady, helpful and kind, I believe she's doing her best with what she has. I really cannot recommend this place. Owned by Indian's apparently. Regards Nathan

Good part of Norwest culture. My chicken parmi was very small, chips were good. The steak wasn't great which was a shame considering the industries in the region. Happy to go back and play some pool.

Incredibly good food! I didn’t stay here, but got a takeaway margarita pizza and fish and chips. Great value for money, large sizes and delicious! Thanks 😁

We were disappointed with our meal at the hotel restaurant. We waited an hour for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. We asked the girl working behind the bar about our order twice and she simply told us it would be another 10 minutes. There was no apology or explanation and we really couldn’t understand the wait as it was super quiet. Food was average at best.

Under no circumstances stay here on Friday or Saturday nights.Very loud, deep bass music until midnight meant sleep was impossible.Management not concerned as on site pub was absolutely packed and keeping the tills running. In the morning carpark covered in broken bottles and large blood trails. Not worth $120 per night. trails

Great food, there were 12 of us there and I never heard a bad word about the food, absolutely great pizza.

The rooms are average but clean and comfy bed; there's also a microwave, plates and cutlery. It was a Saturday night, I could hear some music, maybe from the bar. I didn't have anything to drink from the bar, not very nice atmosphere, a bit old fashioned. But good for a stopover on the way North.

Never doubt an older outback town and their accommodation. Basic but good. Great bed and pillows. Horrid storm outside but lovely to be sheltered. Reasonable price for a room for the night and late night check in was available which can be hard to find in the NW

Hard to write a fair review here, as the restaurant/pub was good, food was great fair priced, beer was cold big selection, atmosphere was good but the accomodation let’s it all down at $130 (mind you cheapest in town) aircon unit is a tiny box 30x40cm box in the wall, couldn’t even blow a piece of paper if it tried… unfortunately not what you want after driving in 49°C all day , very old out dated 1970’s room, local bar playing loud music comes straight through (doesn’t bother me) beds clean but old cheap hard with the oldschool hard edges

👍👍 We went for dinner. Gorgeous place, cool and old school pub. Great service and amazing food. Parmi was amazing and huge. Squid was really good too. It was quiet when we got there, considering the food and service was great it was a shame for them that it was so quiet but also nice for us too.
