I can truly say Carnarvon Motel made our holiday! very clean accommodation the staff is amazing, and the efforts that Peter went through to make sure we and other customers had the best experience possible was flawless, we were able to come and go as we please with all our belongs along with a boat was locked up safe and sound! thanks, guys amazing service!

The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a real bonus,great food and really well priced. 5 foodies all walked out happy

Very secure location, good menu with a buffet choice. Very clean rooms. Staff that go out of there way to help make your stay the best it can be... pool area walking distance from the Bar :)

Great Motel. Highly recommend. Rooms are spacious, clean, everything you need is there. Big bathroom, good hot shower. The restaurant is fabulous! We ordered Hot Rocks menu. Salmon & Steak dishes. Very good quality food, great service & friendly staff.

The restaurant was well presented, nice playground for the kids. However I ordered the pork belly and was cold in the middle. Ok I get it accidents happen, but when it comes out again still cold in the middle. Yeah not good !! Must of been frozen cooked. If one of the two wait staff actually apologised for it, this review might not of been written. Top it off I got woken up by a mouse eating a packet of sugar at 1 am. Not happy Jan !

Very clean and tidy. A little outdated, but very comfortable. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is amazing with a huge choice on the buffet. The kids enjoyed the waterslide in the pool.

$33 for the saddest chicken parmigiana Absolutely not worth going for food, the pub is good for just a drink.

Very good! Beds are very comfortable and it’s a good place to stay and rest. The bedroom was also very clean and well equipped. They even had a buffet restaurant cheaper than the other one in Carnarvon and it tasted way better. The food is very good and tasty for only $30 per person

Spacious rooms, close to seafront and the town. Locked gate seems over the top but assume they know best. And a little pool.

Great customer service, they rang us at 8pm asking where we were. We said we would be there by 8:30 pm, and they were fine and stayed at the counter for us and left the dinner buffet open till we arrived. So thoughtful and greatly appreciated. If you need a stay in carnarvon, this is the best place by far.

Arrived with the family (2+2) at 5pm. By 5.05pm we were checked in. Room is basic, a bit dated, but comfortable for the price. The restaurant on-site is next level!!! The kids spent money on the games machines, racing and we had a swim in the morning. After 4 nights out bush it was a perfect stop.

We stay here regularly for work, Dwayne the manager there gives a 10/10 exceptional customer service experience. Always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are outdated but clean and plenty of room. great food too

Our room for a family of 3 was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had to change our day, and the host was super nice and friendly.

Everything is perfect, just neted To Find a Solution FOR late check-in So that the hotel message is also sent to the email. We could not receive the hotel’s message.

We only stopped here overnight (12 hours to be precise) on the way home from Perth to Port Hedland so can't really say much except the room was comfortable and clean and suited our needs. The man at the desk was polite and friendly.

With a bit of an old school country vibe, the motel makes for a perfect place to recharge before pushing further north. It is also relatively secure with gated access to the site for anyone concerned about their cars. A pool, bar and restaurant on premise. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, lava rock steak was fantastic! The rooms are air-conditioned, were nice and clean/tidy and have bar fridge and microwave. The service super friendly. Free wifi also available.

We have stopped over here a few times now & can’t fault the place. It’s an older establishment, but is clean & well priced. The pool & play equipment keeps the kids happy while mum & dad can wine an dine at the bar/restaurant. I recommend the Hot rocks 👌🏼

Tidy rooms with daily service. Really nice restaurant, with buffet and histone dishes as specialty. Separate bar with several video games. Only minus was very limited WiFi that kept failing.

Clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff and great on site restaurant. Safe and secure - entry gate locked at night and plenty of parking for caravans and boats.

The room was spacious enough to not feel claustrophobic, the bathroom was really clean and the food was so good and tasty, if I could give more stars I would, definitely would recommend to other people that want to stay in Carnarvon.

Large, clean, well equipped and well maintained rooms. Cleaned daily. And the food is exceptional. Friendly staff. Worth 5 stars any day.

Didn't stay there just went for dinner. The staff should learn to smile a bit and make people feel that they are welcome. The buffet food very ordinary. At least the drinks were cold.

Close to shops and foreshore. Friendly staff at reception. Security gate, which closes at 8pm. Nice pool area and lots of parking, even for large vehicles, caravans, etc. The room was dated but okay. The carpets and sheets were stained, pillows needed replacing and the bed was well overdue for replacing. It was uncomfortable and both of us woke up, after limited sleep, with sore backs. The single beds in the room were firmer but sheets also stained. The bathroom was a decent size with lots of room for toiletry bags. Toiletries supplied and plenty of towels. It was nice and quiet and great for kids, as far as play and pool area. There were even 2 Tesla charging points. Would only stay again if a newer bed, pillows and clean sheets
