    actual hours: 1 person working on phone stops at 16:00 unit closes at 19:30, despite the laminated sign outside. mostly bad mood clerks women at the front desk, won't help and won't do much for us, if they can get away with it. or maybe it was a sequence of at least 4 bad days for them, which spilled all over me. does it matter? when you get to the medical doctor, they're nice. sometimes you can even get a good care by the ladies in the reception, who almost never smile. but way most often than not, they're under staffed and we get lines of over 20 minutes for just a handful of people. at least you can wait while seating. the system is terrible. we need papers for everything. in my terrible case, i had to go back the 3 times for 3 different papers, all because i was never notified i should bring one of them on the 1st time. and it's something that could easily be done online, if the system wasn't 20 years old. it was, after all, my obligation to know it all before hand!

    Very helpful staff, the doctors are amazing very friendly, new building with the latest technology, I’m glad that Baixa has a public medical centre so up standard! I had another good experience at this public medical centre, great helpful doctors and super friendly staff… keep up the good work guys!

    I have enrolled before in Alameda Health centre. And tranferred to here. This one is much better service than before in every steps( Securty, reception, doctor, all). My family doctor also so nice and very patience to listen the problem. But in Alameda, never listen the problem details and write too many test and medicine. Sometimes found useless ( When I talked with my previous family doctor in Germany).

    From the moment I opened the door I felt good, Mr. Rui's warm and helpful welcome was really comforting. The ladies at the counter are always willing to solve and help users without saying that they have already earned a place in heaven for putting up with certain users and Mrs Felicidade (😵‍💫), My doctor Ana Cebola and nurse Nuno are, without a shadow of a doubt, SENSATIONAL people. Clean place, terrible telephone service and may God help me that my family doctor never needs to go on sick leave again, as her replacement is INTOLERABLE 👍👍

    No help for foreigners if you don’t have a local health number. Even if you have a prescription and would pay normally.

    No one is answering the phone ever, for a week full days trying to call and no one answers, the problem is that you can not enter without talking to them on the phone first, bad rule for the worst phone service ever

    After seeing the performance of RTP1 Linha da Frente, I congratulate Dr Moroni and his entire team for the excellent work they do every day. I hope that USF coordinators, across the country, have the humility to communicate with successful USF coordinators and have the courage to implement measures that can improve the service provided.
