    This review is not specifically about this office, but about Vodafone in general. At home I have Internet from Nos (which I am also unhappy with, but now not about that) because Vodafone does not have coverage in my area. And yesterday I made two calls to Nos support service, after which the vodafone added almost € 10 to my monthly bill. Explained that I called another company. Perhaps the best service in Portugal (no)

    Great design building, terrible designed washrooms inside. Open spaces are very cosy but also propagate the noise all around. The lifts are too close to the entry validation system, which makes it very crowded during rush hour. Overall a good place to work.

    Extremely fraudulent company! My internet has been down for at least an hour every day. When I call, they hang up on me because I don’t speak Portuguese. Additionally, they charge you money for calling the hotline. I’ve spent at least five hours and over €20 talking to them. Sometimes, they don’t want to help at all and tell you to call the automatic number, which, once again, only speaks Portuguese. They have sent a technician three times and couldn’t solve the problem. I filed a livro de reclamações complaint (ROR00000000044969488), and they did nothing to fix the issue. Whenever you try to send them an email, they block it. They are now charging me for a service that often doesn’t work, and there’s nothing you can do because, apparently, in Portugal, companies like this can get away with criminal behavior, despite being part of the European Union and having laws against it. I talked to them so many times and voiced my concerns multiple times to all instances, and they just refuse to fix the problem because they don’t care. They are still charging me full price. The link they provide to get in touch with someone always leads back to the same pages where you either have to pay to call them or, when you send them an email, it refuses the email.

    SCAM!!!! To anyone who is considering getting Vodafone - DO NOT DO IT! Vodafone is extremely scammy. Their employees are incentivised to put you on useless plans and tariffs without your consent. You can't cancel these plans online, so you have to waste weeks talking to their useless customer support. Also, their Internet speed is well below what they advertise. I paid for 1GB. However, there are times when I barely get 10Mbps and most of the time it's below 500Mbps. It's such and extremely scammy company. Steer clear of it. This was a huge mistake and waste of time. I can not believe they are still in business with such service

    More of the same, they are learning from other operators. Instead of maintaining customers' monthly fees, they increase it and then see with the 5G talk that it's free for everyone...
