Went to this restaurant for the awesome location and the attractive menu outside of the restaurant. Service was super nice, and that's why I still wanted to give 2 stars as I feel bad for these guys. Soup arrived 10 mins after ordering, but then we had to wait an hour for our main course. Clearly more tables were having the same problem and complained about it to the waiters. When the food arrived, it was for sure not worth an hour waiting. We asked to take the rests home, and we had to pay 1 euro for the box. Very friendly service, great location, but for the rest really not recommended.

We arrived 11.55am, although all the outside tables were set up the waiter said that the restaurant only opens at 12.00. We waited the 5 min to be able to sit and placed the order. We sitted on the terrace and the view of the sea is fabulous! The beers were pretty cold, perfect for a sunny and hot day. The food arrived in about 35 min and looked fabulous, specially the sea food board for 2ppl (42€). It was food enough for 3 ppl easily. Unfortunately except the fish all the sea food (prawn, octopus, squid...) were way overcooked completely rubbery And I'm not sure if was 100% fresh. The fish was good perfectly cooked and seasoned. But the cheapest item of the dish which were the potatoes were absolutely divine! Anyway probably could be found a Little bit better seafood restaurant nearby at the same price.

We walked past this restaurant a number of times during our stay and there were always customers dining. On our last night we decided to call in. The person outside was friendly. We were taken to a table and given menus. We ordered - muscles and fish soup for starters. Both tasted lovely but the muscles had not had the beards removed and a few shells had broken and splintered into the sauce. Main course - lasagna (it came with no side salad disappointed) seafood with spaghetti came and this was presented well. Both tasted nice but again there were shards of broken shells in the spaghetti - easily to swallow and cause a scratch in the throat. I ordered a white sangria but it was extremely weak but very cold (which was lovely.) The staff was very attentive but I felt it was a cafe in the daytime but it didn't match up to the standard of a restaurant in the evening. Small fine adjustments to the food would have given more stars. The restaurant is ideally placed for all areas of Praria da Rocha to visit. I just felt a little disappointed overall.

The location is very good, great views of the sea. The food was okey, the dessert was good. The service was very unattentive and kept forgetting everything. The prices were too high for the quality of the food and service.

Decided to try this place from the reviews but was quite disappointed Service from the first greeter outside the restaurant was great but was lacking from waiting and serving staff Tried the menu of the day (chicken wings and seabass) and also ordered the portugese steak. Chicken wings were very very small with copious amount of bbq sauce, was very disappointed. Seabass was okay, but nothing very special, the way the lemon was cut doesn't make sense, it was so hard to squeeze like that ..... Portugese steak - wasn't asked how we liked the steak cooked firstly and it was basically just a steak in light gravy sauce.

Friendly staff, food was ok. Waiter brought tappas plate with cheese olive, bread, butter and sardine paste, placed it on the table and asked if it was ok, we thought it was complementary so said yes and thanked him. His act of kindness cost us over €15. Only had couple of bits from the plate as the food arrived shortly after. Lesson learnt, from then on, always asked how much when offererd anything.

everything is okay it just there is a bit of ruah with the servers to habdle people quickly and that sometimes becomes too crazy that they almost forget whats going on. Food is okay but the sides on main dishes really need a fresh touch. 3 potatoes and griled tiny vegtables was not that appetizing.

Possible the best quality restaurant on the strip. I had the tomahawk steak costing €48 which took 40+ mins to cook and arrived very rare, almost blue. I recomend you ask them to cut it in half to get a better result, they did offer but I declined. Good wines and vistas overlong the beautiful mile long beech.

Excellent food. I been there twice in 3 days. Nice place. Good service. Could do with a little background music on those quieter occasions. Some soft soul would be great!

From the singing waiter, to the view everything was very good. Good bottle of sauvignon blanc at €20, and burger at €12.90(?) all made for a good evening. Mind burger was served on a wooden platter hence only rhe 4 stars.

Atleast 10 tables came, ordered, ate and left before our food arrived, we received food an hour after ordering, 3 different servers asked the kitchen what was happening. It took over an hour to undercook the steak. Servers were fairly friendly, atmosphere was good, great location, wait time the worst, quality the same.

Great food. We waited 45 minutes for our food but it was very tasty. The staff looked pretty annoyed so the atmosphere was a bit down. The view is amazing.

Nice Restaurant/Cafe on the cliff with view over the beach. We tried two desserts and sangria and both was very good.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. I ordered this dish, Xeme, and three different staff members approached me to ensure that I was confident in what I was doing (It's like a cornflour porridge, in this case filled with seafood).

Lovely setting, lovely Sunday afternoon meal. Staff were amazing and the meal was very reasonably price 🙌

The service, atmosphere and view were all great. However, the food in my opinion was “okay”. I had the classic burger but didn’t particularly like the cut of beef.

Beautiful spot right on the beach with very good prices for food and drinks. Do the seafood dishes and you will not be disappointed. As for drinks the Sangria was just to good. For future travel and food adventures follow @officialgetfresh

Chill environment, great selection of 2-course meal deals, meats or fish with a nice view to the Rocha beach.

Just Terrible. Food is not good, over oily and so overpriced. Staff is nice tho, therefore i give two stars otherwise would be one.
