Un sympaththetic and uncaring and down right rude. Misdiagnosed one of my dogs with severe hip dysplasia and told me my 6 Yr old with cancer would have another 8 months if her leg was amputated.. She died 2 weeks later.

Em 08/2022 fui atendida por uma equipa profissional. Hoje da parte da tarde a equipa nao era a mesma, o serviço foi mau. Fui de longe e acabei por desistir da consulta, nao gostei.

A clínica tem boas condições e a equipa é simpática e muito atenciosa. As pessoas podem entrar com os seus animais e não tive a sensação de que me quisessem vender alguma coisa. A única coisa que deixo como crítica construtiva é que limpem a tigela da água que está na rua ou que a tirem de todo.

Just been here to get my new dog chipped and vaccinated . The place in clean and fresh smelling. The staff are lovely, helpful and explain clearly what they are doing and why. (Very reasonable price too.) They love animals and I have full confidence in them.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour la prise en charge complète de notre petit York Enzo, arriver mal en point chez eux suite à une gastrite et de suite la medication adaptée, des radios, échographies, rehydration et alimentation, un check up complet, mais au moins, nous avons pu le récupérer en forme et de jour en jour, il va beaucoup mieux, il remange avec entrain et dort bien et reprend des forces Un énorme merci à vous tous, nous recommandons cette clinique, très professionnel, très à l'écoute et ne lâche rien afin que l'animal ressorte guéri, Obrigade ❤️❤️❤️

We initially went to the clinic for an urgency for our cat during Christmas last year and he was taken in charge because of his critical condition. They did everything to get him back in a good state and we started a treatment. Thanks to great doctors and staff we were able to spend several memorable months with our cat but his condition eventually degraded. The staff accompanied us all the way during the last year and until it was time to say goodbye. We are grateful and love the whole staff who has always been present, available, caring and of good counsel and always helped us with our incomplete spoken Portuguese. Surely we will return when we find a new pet.
