I cannot rate this company highly enough, right from the moment I entered the building I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the people working there. I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist last time about 20 years ago. I explained that as a child I had had some very bad experiences, this they took on board and I believe took extra trouble to help me through the process all very kind and believe me it made a massive difference. Unfortunately the tooth problem was much more of a problem than first expected in my head anyway, they knew exactly what was wrong after quite a few X-rays. Anyway after meditation to cure an abscess I had to return to have 2 teeth removed, I believe this was a difficult extraction but they supported me mentally all they through the process again this was very much appreciated on my part. Best of all I believe they have done a fantastic job as the following day there was minimal discomfort. So if you need dental work I can 💯 recommend.

They wanted sell me on a 15000€ solution after 1 tooth extraction. I need a new bottom bridge but they don't do that. Only implants DID NOT REFER ME OTHER DENTIST OR RELEASE XRAYS. Had I known, I would've gone elsewhere. SO disappointed.

10 anos com o sonho de por 2 dentes de volta , mais insistência de por implantes , eu até aceitei mais em duas parte como o processo de implantes é mais demorado pedi para fazer uma inicialmente uma prótese provisória para eu me sentir melhor paguei em abril para ir 3 veses oara limpeza ,molde de prótese e para buscar a prótese que não coube em minha boca pois nunca marcaram a cirurgia e quando marcaram com muito custo para o dia 31 de agosto pois o cirurgião estava de férias e eu informando que desde abril pagando eu estava com uma protese sem uso e iria mudar de morada de Albufeira para guarda e de tanta chatices todas as vezes que me ligavam para marcar e pagar logo os 5000mil euros dos implantes me cusinharam me maltrataram eu descobri a agravidez no fim de agosto mudei no inicio de Setembro para guarda e numa mais me ligaram eu liguei para pedir de volta o dinheiro que paguei os mais de 1000€ pois o valor de uma prótese de 2 dentes que estão na gavetae uma limpeza não pode passar dos 1000€ um total descaso sem previsão para responder ninguém me dis nada só esperando sendo maltratada todas as vezes que ligo me sinto lesada paguei por algo que não posso usar e paguei por mais coisas que não foram feitas e depois de pedir para me resasir o valor pago como não vou viajar 7h para fazer limpeza de 15 minutos e não vou pagar implantes o que eles querem lhe impurar a todo custo e vc não quer vc é uma palhaça não lhe devolve o dinheiro do que não foi feito e ainda lhe humilhar para não devolver mais eu trabalho para ter as coisas não para me sentir enganada ... até hoje nada ... A pior clinica que já tive o desprazer de conhecer eu não vou desistir do que paguei e não obituve até agora o reembolso vcs não vão ficar com meu dinheiro . E eu sem dente .
