👍👍 Fantastic place! They have a huge aquarium with a big variety of fish and other sea creatures. This place gently reminds you that it is extremely important to look after our oceans and planet overall. People often mention people, fish, experience, worth, great,

Tuesdays are according to maps the quietest days. It's very crowded still, despite the high price of entry. With some patience It can be a good experience still, since you have some animals almost at arms reach and the aquariums themselves are some of the largest i've seen, so the animals have plenty of space & seem very relaxed. Don't come if you can't handle dense crowds. Especially do not go on weekends in summer, you won't see anything except people. It's like disneyland.

We went there by train. It was still a 10 minute walk. The Oceanium was particularly beautiful. Much more than one container of water😅! An impressive number of tanks of water with fish (and amphibians) from all over the world. Many families with children, Lots of wonder. Beautiful museum shop! In short: worth the effort and money! We were there on a Thursday, the weather outside was very bad. It was busy, maybe too busy. That's the only criticism I can think of.

Excellent oceanarium, likely one of the best in the world. Fun for the while family, but especially the kids. Very well designed with great facilities. Many different displays covering sea creatures from all the oceans of the world. Plan at least 2 to 3 hours for the visit as it is a rather large building. Well worth the entrance fee, and in a great location in the Parque das Nações.

They've got real sharks and stuff like that. And then you turn a corner and boom: penguins swimming all around. And catch this, you think that's the highlight but around the next corner you get TWO sea otters swimmin' round doing their otter thing. Where it really got trippy was when we got to the sea dragons (yup, they real, Google that stuff) and the fish-person feeds them in front of us and they go sucking lil' morsels like hungry hippo zappers. So, worth it and so much more. Ask your hotel for a discount voucher. You'll likely get a 10% discount to make the 25€ less stiff. But even at full price, I'd pay for it or an annual pass if I lived there.

Huge aquarium with an impressive selection of fishes and sea creatures. Educational and entertaining for kids of all ages as much as for adults. As other visitors recommended, try to go off-peak to enjoy the fishes rather than people crowds.

There were two of us there and we really enjoyed it. There's a lot on offer and if you take your time it will take a good three to four hours to get through. The variety is really remarkable, we were thrilled. You can park nearby in various car parks for around €10. We were there on a Thursday afternoon in March and it was moderately busy. Tickets are available online or on site.

One of the biggest aquariums I've done so far. I went there in summer 2021, it was crowded but enjoyable.

Yes, it's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it. What is not well organized is that the queues of those waiting are unclear (where do I queue if I have already bought tickets online but the queue is 350m long????). And it would make sense to limit the number of people in the building at the same time. At times it was so full that you couldn't go any further.

It has a bit of a confusing visitor routing. It's fascinating, no matter what age. It should be a little more comprehensive in terms of what it stands for. The amphibians also have rather little space. But it looks clean and the animals are healthy.

For the price, I expected more, my humble opinion, now the promotional price is eye-catching, but there should be more times available and a smaller number of people per session, maybe that's not possible, of course, but. For a lot of people, people stay glued to the aquarium and don't leave, they don't let people who have just arrived see it too, always walking around....

Amazing! Beautiful fish and otters. Really a nice desgin and a peaceful atmosphere. You are able to see really unique, wierd fish, which I (as a big fan of aquariums) have never seen before. A must-see in Lisbon.

Connect magical and beautiful. I just think the ticket prices are too expensive for the experience.

There were too many people, no order or any type of way for everyone to see the animals. You should be very very patient if you want to see everything and that still may not be enough, because people walk chaotically and you can get pushed. But if you don’t get bothered by people, it’s a nice place with cute animal that can be seen from very close. The line with online tickets was moving faster too.

We went on a thursday morning already at 10am, right when they opened. We didnt buy a ticket beforehand because we had the city card, which gave us a discount. Didnt have to wait that long in line, maybe 20-30 minutes to buy a ticket. The aquarium overall was great with lots to see! What we missed were some more infos about the different animals in form of a pamphlet or something, in which we could read in our own pace for ourselves. As far as we know there is only the audio guide (in form of an app), which we didnt really want. Also, the music in the upstairs forest was really loud and didnt really fit. Overall great experience! :)

It is too expensive for such a small place. It is OK, but I was expecting something bigger with bigger speciments. There is not even underwater tunnel.

Beautiful euphoric experience! It's worth every euro. I saw different species of fishes, penguin etc with all the information about them, it's not overly crowded, large building with different viewing areas.

Full of people sneaking in, pushing, children knocking on glass, it is a pretty sad place, birds fly in circles in a small space, many fish in a small space. I didn't want to take photos. The only decent place is the Submerged Forests exhibition where the music is good and you can sit for a few minutes.
