Very nice and professional customer service. Nice interior. The food was good in general, but there are minor things to be improved: - Tenderloin Steak With Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce: potatoes were a little bit uncooked an zucchini was a little bitter. - Pizza's dough was totally white. Different from classic Italian. - Roasted Figs With Goat’s Cheese And Pesto Sauce: very tasty.

This was the 3rd time we've been here and the place remains as inviting as it has always been. It is luxuriously decorated, very adequately staffed (very friendly, very professional and very attentive) and the food is exquisite. We shared some beef carpaccio, figs and cheese, and tempura for starters. We all ate risottos, the duck and I had the tuna. I definitely recommend the place.

Very good restaurant! They make delicious Italian food with Portuguese influence. I had duck with a port wine sauce and orange risotto. Very unique and delicious dish! We ordered the onion soup and my wife wanted to steal the recipe! If you are in the area you should definitely make a reservation at this restaurant.

While the pizza didn't quite hit the mark for me (which is a surprise given that I really like pizza), the restaurant still holds a special place in my heart, especially for its classic blueberry soup. It's a favorite dessert that brings back fond childhood memories from over 15 years ago, when the eatery was at its old location. Despite my critique of the pizza, the nostalgia and love for their traditional dessert keep me coming back!

Good service and quite nice ambience. The food was good but expected a bit more. The decor felt a bit outdated but the staff were attentive and friendly. Smooth dinner and a good place to visit in Caldas!

If you have not yet been to Sabores d'Itália on the Praça 5 de Outubro, do yourself a favor and go! Not only is the food really delicious, but the service is elegant…and the sauces!! OMG the sauces! I got the melon with Parma ham and mint mayonnaise as my starter, the salmon in citrus sauce as my main (a fantastic citrus sauce and coriander micro greens made it just unbelievable), and the tiramisu for dessert (the least great part of the meal. It’s delicious and creamy, with powdered cocoa on top and not too sweet, but it’s not tiramisu). Oh, and the house sparkling white wine (champagne served in a flute with a rim strawberry) is so delicious (not too dry, but also not sweet) and you can buy a bottle for €15.50 to take home! I really liked it the first time we went for dinner, but today we had lunch and it just blew me away! My husband had the baked onion soup and lasagna. Truly 5 stars all around!

We came in on a Wednesday night without a reservation and while the restaurant appeared full the host was able to find us what appears to be the last available table. Service was outstanding as was the food. We started with tuna carpaccio which was tender and didn't have as much olive oil we have had in the past which we appreciated. My wife had the seafood lasagna which had fresh pasta sheets along with a good amount of fresh fish. My scallops were cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the risotto and fresh vegetables. The wine list was large and prices reasonable with no larger than expected markup.

The restaurant has a very good reputation. Possibly our expectations were too high. We had the lunch menu which is certainly worth for its price: pumpkin soup (it was the season), chick filet with tagliatelle and cheese pudim.

Fantastic customer service, very polite friendly staff, creative shefs, a bit pricey, risottos need improvement. Very clean and stylish venue

The homemade pasta was divine! Homemade pasta hits different. The restaurant wasn't a Michelin star but it was a Michelin recommended and so good! I ordered the shrimp pansoti and loved it! We ordered dessert too and it was delicious!

We had an absolutely amazing meal at this restaurant. We have travelled extensively across the world and this is one of the best restaurants in my humble opinion. The details from entering the restaurant to the end of your meal are exceptional. The staff is extremely diligent and last but not least, the food is unbelievably fantastic. We had the lobster risotto and the saffron lemon thyme risotto and they were perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant. Well done

Excellent. Food, service, atmosphere. We went there on the earlier side, around 7:30pm and were pretty much the first ones there. It was super quiet and relaxing, even the servers kept their voices down. Flawless service, very tasty food. Highly recommend the seared duck liver, or if you are more for the “basics”, the bolognese was a winner as well. We went there mainly because it is one of only a few restaurants in the area that offers gluten free pasta, so they made us a gluten free bolognese for one person in our party. Only item I’d label 3*** was the veal tortelloni because the filling was way too dry. Still, 5*****
