    Really bad customer service and the given timeframe is not reliable at all. People cannot plan like this! You should do some improvements. If there are too many orders for a day just start counting up the arrival team for people that check it later on. So everyone knows what to expect when ordering, and on top of all this everyone receives their order in time and they are happy.

After a while customer support stoped to answer my calles and and just send voucher for next meal by e-mail - I stayed without food with obligation to by another day. First and worst experience

    I ordered lunch yesterday for today and because they seem to cook a certain amount of meals, mine was 1 above their quota, so they couldnt deliver what i requested and they just delivered me a left over of something I do not even like. I got a refund but if they have this system they could have either called in advance what I would want instead or if they know the quantity to cook, to just cook more. That is not professional.
