    Ontem, dia 1 de Junho dirigi me às 9:50 a esta clínica para efetuar uns exames, marcados desde o início do mês de Maio. Recebi mensagem a confirmar dia e hora. Cheguei na hora marcada, fora da clínica estariam cerca de 25/30 pessoas. Tirei senha e tinha 12 pessoas à minha frente para serem chamadas. Dirigi me a uma rececionista e informei que tinha exames marcados para aquela hora. A resposta recebi foi: estamos atrasados e com falta de pessoal, vai ter que aguardar. Agradeci a informação e entreguei a senha. Vim embora. A única vantagem da affidea é o estacionamento. Prefiro pagar estacionamento e não ter a falta de respeito em cumprir horários.

Muito lentos a atenderem os clientes, eu demorei mais de uma hora á espera para fazer um simples tac que demora 5 minutos. Não sei porque têm linha telefónica se nunca atendem, fiz a experiência e tive 30minutos á espera de ser atendido e nada, tive de desligar. Por acaso era para avisar que queria desmarcar um exame, isto é, quis ajudar e nem atendem. Enfim... são muito maus. A única coisa positiva é ser no alegro mas se puderem ir a outra clínica, façam-no. Já a affidea em Lisboa, é completamente diferente, rápidos e muito profissionais e... atendem. Não sei o que se passa com o de Setúbal.

E o portal my affidea funciona de uma forma excelente.. só terei uma pequena recomendação a fazer.. deveriam ser disponibilizado uma App para os dispositivos móveis. Obrigado pelo excelente serviço

    I was at this clinic on 02/22/2024 to undergo a thyroid ultrasound. The SNS medical request contained another request for a pelvic ultrasound that I had not been able to schedule the day before, due to lack of availability of appointments. However, when I handed the request in at reception, the attendant asked me if I wanted to do both exams, to which I replied Yes, but I hadn't managed to score. She asked for a few moments and went to speak to the doctor who would do the tests and returned with the statement that he would do both. I was treated wonderfully, both by the receptionist who was committed to ensuring that I didn't have to return another day, and by the doctor who could not have been more empathetic and welcoming.     I had a breast MRI on 9/19. I asked for some urgency as I had a breast surgery appointment today, 25/09, and I requested this urgency at the time of the exam, then by phone, via email. The importance given to my urgency was zero. I haven't received the results yet. The telephone service was very little personalized, very inattentive, very unconcerned in light of my stress. During this situation, I went to the breast surgery consultation at Hospital da Luz where they told me that it was a bad choice for me to take the exams at Affidea in Setúbal because they don't have doctors on duty to analyze the exams.     Bom dia, a minha esposa D.Maria Teresa Mercado Vargas foi pra radiografia e ressonância magnética. Pessoal pouco motivado e nada amável. Larga espera (horas) apesar de marcação prévia. Falta de vontade em ajudar num problema de leitura de uma prescrição do médico. En resumen experiência pouco agradável

    Consegui marcar uma Ressonância Magnética, com acordo da ADSE, em 48h e, ao solicitar urgência no relatório explicando o motivo, fui surpreendida com a receção do mesmo em menos de 24h da realização do exame. Atendimento simpático e muito atencioso.

    Já fui atendido nessa clinica três vezes e o atendimento é péssimo, trataram me com, arrogância, prepotência e por tu!? De onde me conhecem? Tratem as pessoas com respeito urbanidade e zelo pois ninguém é obrigado a estar ai a trabalhar ou é? E se vivemos num pais livre e democrático eu posso e devo opinar sobre qualquer situacao conhecida e sobretudo de mau atendimento. Aprendam qualquer coisa. Cons Mário Ales Quaresma

    My experience is the best, I always had my pregnancy exams at Affidea do Alegro in Setúbal, everyone was very helpful, the nurses were very kind, delicate and had a super light hand, I never had any discomfort when collecting blood, and I'm very scared lol I always return emails quickly, they call to explain how to prepare for the exams, 10 points! I am very grateful for the excellent performance of the clinical staff, who carry out their work with dedication, care and love!

    I took password 05 at 9:59 am. I spent more than half an hour waiting to be seen to schedule exams. I asked why they attended to people who arrived less than 5 minutes ago and they responded that a colleague was missing and the priority was to get up or carry out exams. They recommended waiting longer with no expected service. I left without scheduling exams. I won't go back.

    Fui hoje pela primeira vez a esta clínica para fazer uma ecografia renal as pessoas que me atenderam muito simpáticas muito profissionais só não se justifica fazer o exame uma hora depois do que estava marcado há que melhorar se possível

    A experiência ñ foi agradável, após ter marcado exames pelo telefone, no dia a que correspondia a marcação, quando chegou a minha vez, por ordem de senha, o meu nome ñ constava nas marcações nem do dia nem em nenhum……. Muito desagradável

    Hoje, consegui perceber a razão pela qual os médicos não dão muito crédito aos exames lá efetuados. Após os 10 dias para levantar o meu TAC no prazo indicado este não estava disponível para entrega. Pediram-me para aguardar mais 2 dias e voltei lá. Surpresa minha continuava sem estar pronto. Pediram-me para esperar. Aguardei e após 20m o relatório da médica responsável já estava pronto. Questiono agora o cuidado e a responsabilidade de analisar e fundamentar as imagens realizadas em apenas 20m. O aumento de serviços e de utentes parece estar a fazer diminuir a qualidade da prestação dos mesmos.

    Tinha uma ecografia marcada a mèdica faltou e não foram capaz de avisar os pacientes. Toda a gente tem o direito de faltar ao trabalho mas uma vez que eu nao era a primeira paciente da manhã acho que tinham o dever de desmarcar os tratamentos com os pacientes.

    A place I don't recommend and I'll never set foot in again. I already had this idea, after a kidney ultrasound that my daughter had and they didn't even take measurements, the doctor asked to repeat it elsewhere and clearly said that she hadn't liked the exam at all due to the lack of detail and professionalism. There was already a warning sign there. They have no empathy towards users. But I didn't learn, and in September I booked an exam for myself (almost 2 months in advance of my appointment which is in November), 2 days before the exam they called me to cancel the appointment and there were only vacancies for December. Now, if my appointment is in November, how can I take an exam in December? I call to try to find a solution and all they know is that there are no vacancies and that the Doctor only has a schedule for December. Beautiful! They don't even try to find an alternative, solution, anything! In fact, the only thing they were able to do right away was to cancel the appointment: "Do you want to cancel"?? Very proactive in canceling, only then can you see how much they don't need users. Finally, an outburst to share bad experiences, in order to help others not to be deceived.

    Regarding the Affidea do Alegro Setúbal clinic, it has excellent facilities, good access and parking, very helpful and friendly professionals and a service system that greatly reduces waiting times. Also very fast in delivering results. I highly recommend it.

    My experience was unpleasant to say the least as I learned during the consultation that I would have to repeat the breast ultrasound performed by Dr Manuela Pinheiro. The reason is the module view. He didn't measure a single nodule, so I have a new card to take another exam in six months. However, I will not have any reference value to compare whether the nodules are the same or whether they have increased in size. I am advised not to take the exam again at the same clinic as the report was of poor quality and non-specific. I will make a written complaint because I was told over the phone that the doctor said she had nothing to add. Once again, the arrogance of not admitting that a bad service was provided will call into question the entire service provided by the clinic. It's sad that despite everything we still have to be careful when mentioning the way we are treated.
