The Sushi quality is great but my experience was tainted by the fact the restaurant charging every sauce and ginger portion at 1EUR without advice and without stating this pricing on their menu. As a returning client I was surprised about their change of pricing since 2023, which is unacceptable by law you price clients for sauces that are not even priced on the menu, neither the waiter briefs you -> I did a formal complaint in the "complaints book" of the restaurant hoping other clients don't fall into the same surprise which is unpleasant. This is a "No-Go" for a place known to offer good sushi quality. You just lost a client and many recommendations I did before on your behalf.
