This glasses shop was amazing.. everyone was incredibly nice to me. From the doctor to the woman who helped me find my glasses, Nayelis. They helped me find something perfect for my prescription. I will come back here in the future.

I had a issue with one of the workers there that was unprofessional and I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and she was understanding. My daughter has been a longtime client here and I have never had a problem with a worker there before. The office has great doctors there but I have paused on recommending anyone here.

Amazing service love going there. Been going since I was little and still love it prices are cheaper than normal. They even let you bring your own glasses.

It took me a long time to decide to write a review about my experience at this establishment, however, I decided that maybe someone in charge would read this and present it to the staff so that they are aware of how their behavior negatively affects the customers. I really love the doctor here. He is always very friendly and attentive. My problem, however, is one of the staff members I encountered while choosing my glasses. The woman was very short with me while at the same time being extremely pushy in trying to get me to spend more money on the kind of glasses I told her several times I did not want(the more expensive kind). After she realized I wasn't going to budge in my decision, it felt like she couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Eventhough I like the doctor, I am seriously considering choosing another business for my future exams. I was left feeling like a giant dollar bill when I left.

my experience with the doctor, Nick, was GREAT. i would highly recommend this practice just based off my experience with him. however, my experience with one of the women who help you pick out glasses, was terrible. i was shopping for glasses with my mother, and found 3 pairs i really liked. because i have a large head, i like to research the glasses and the sizes of the lens, bridge, etc. i tried searching the model of the glasses online, and was shouted at by Ailyn from across the room. "excuse me! excuse me! you cannot do that!!!" and she went on to take the glasses out of my mothers hand.... i have never had such an experience. lucky for her my mother and i are not confrontational, otherwise we would have told her something real quick. im sure shes a great sales person, based on her bullish performance, but her customer service skills must be bringing down this practice. scrolling thru other reviews, im sure she is the one everyone comments on regarding issues.

I absolutely love this vision center. The staff is always fast and friendly. Literally in and out, barely any wait time. My children love picking out their frames, they carry a big variety to choose from. Lastly, the wait time to receive the glasses back from the lab is usually no more than a week. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I have no plans on finding a new doctor anytime soon.
