I've always liked Jersey Mike's. You pay for the quality. I recently tried this neighborhood location and was happy with their newer vegetarian option grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss. How they cook the mushrooms is fabulous. My other family members are enjoying the veggie subs and roast beef. It's been continuously good. Give the red pepper relish a try!

These employees are mask natzis while 2 feet away you have maskless people eating!! Steer clear! But go right next store to the dog father! No problem!! (We've found the masks to be very effective at doing just that in the case of COVID.) Ha! With people sitting mask free! How stupid, not only do you NOT follow the science you use literally no common sense. You are making assumptions with no scientific testing to back what you say! And furthermore take away people's civil liberties to follow after dictators! People are not bound by law to wear masks especially if they have health issues that prevent it!

We visited to support the Special Olympics donation program, but will now be regular customers. The sandwiches were delicious, and provide real value for the price.

Sandwich was ok. Not enough meat on the Italian I got. I know inflation is here but for 1 reg sub is $9.25.

Jersey Mike's has very good sandwiches, cold or hot, but I am giving this review for the two staff members who helped me on the afternoon of December 7. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. They deserve recognition for providing great customer service.

Went into this location (Bartlett) to get food. The only person not wearing a mask is the person who is making the food. So he ask me what can he get for me? I said a mask. His response was we are optional here. So you rather not just put a mask on like everyone else while you make my food? To me that is crazy. With everything that is going on. I don’t like the mask either at all. Yet I wear it out of respect of others. When I go do work in someone’s home I have a mask on unless they say they are ok with me with out it. Again even tho I DONT NOT LIKE TO WEAR THE MASK. I still do out of respect. An this is a restaurant handling peoples FOOD! Not painting or installing drywall or whatever. Food. Thank you to those who work at this location who probably hates wearing the mask, for having more respect for others an not just about yourself in a work environment that is all about customer service.

1st time at a Jersey Mike's. We went because of their Special Olympics promotion. Great service & energy from the staff! The food was great too.

The employees at this location were SO NICE! They greeted every customer who walked through the door and had a personal conversation with them. We enjoyed our sandwiches in the store, so we watched several customer interactions and they were all personal and nice. Just a very welcoming atmosphere at a busy location with great food!! I haven't been to a bad Jersey Mike's but this one is my new favorite!

What a great place. Their subs are the best. Always fresh and the people there are the best part. The freshly sliced meats make all the difference in taste and quality. Plus, they always put a good amount of meat on their sandwiches with the best oil and spices anywhere. Always a great experience with friendly people and they really make you feel welcome.

Best Jersey Mikes’s Location. Friendly & fast staff. Restaurant is very clean. Owner a great guy who cares about your happiness. Awesome store!

I absolutely love this location, friendly store manger and awesome staff, out of all the Jersey Mikes locations I’ve been too, this one is by far my favorite. Our food is always made perfectly.

This place is great. Staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is always perfect. Jersey Mike’s is great but this location has something special.

I go to this one because it's on my way home. But I also go here because everytime my sandwich (turkey and provolone)is consist. The staff is always friendly. Service is quick. In and out. There is enough parking in the lot. One day I might start trying other sandwiches.

Please remember to turn the sign off, I went out of my way to get into your parking lot and it turns out you’re closed…
