Was shopping on Friday 6/23 and overheard employees gossiping about someone calling about the status of their application for a job and said “I’m gonna tell them not to hire them” so childish and unprofessional. Hope applicant finds and job and current employee gets penalized for this type of behavior.

The store is clean and well-organized. Great selection, etc. Staff is helpful and generally friendly. But I tend to avoid Old Navy because check out is ALWAYS a pain. This location is no exception. Asked for my email address (AGAIN) and made to feel like I am unreasonable and unfriendly when I say no. I was asked three times. "We just need your email address to complete the transaction." No. You don't. I guess I just won't give you my money? Cashier actually sighed in frustration and skipped that step (See? Didn't 'need' it). It was clear people don't usually say no and she didn't know how to respond. Sometimes I just give them my email to avoid the hassle. Today I was feeling punchy and annoyed so take this with a grain of salt. Thus begins another long hiatus before I'll have the patience to shop there again. Oh well.

Jesse was super helpful and patient while in the checkout lane. He helped me order new shorts and get them shipped to me. The level of customer service was superb making the whole experience nice. I walked away thinking that was a nice experience.

Morgan and Riley are the best! They were super helpful with some returns and exchanges from an online order. They never gave up and kept a great customer service attitude! Very rare nowadays. Thanks ladies!

The store was clean and organized. There were plenty of changing rooms available. I finally found the right fit in the pair of jeans I’ve been looking for.

They have some good sales every now and then, and and store is pretty clean. However, they are usually low-stocked and never have the correct size jeans I need. Also, the checkout is usually frustrating because they really try to get you to sign up for the rewards program. I understand that as a staff member you are obligated to ask, but you don't have to ask more than once OR make customers feel guilty about not signing up.

I've been shopping at this location for many years and the staff is Great!! The Manager Bri goes far and beyond her job I watched her helped a elder man shop for items he was having trouble with and she helps me also. Lol That speaks volumes!!! She and other staff members are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful to your needs. Fantastic job. And shopper's please be kind to Old Naxvy staff.

Just stopped by real quick to find clothes for my son. Great selection on all types of clothing. Walked out with a few things for my kid. He's a bit on the taller side so the longer length on the pants are perfect for him. The service was great and I was in and out without any problems.
