Gym is actually nice. But had a lot of issues when trying to cancel my membership for my son when the trainer we joined for was removed because of inappropriate behavior. They were not responsive when trying to resolve my membership and had to work with my credit card company. When they did respond there wasn’t follow through after discussions. Too many other gym options around to have to deal with that type of business.

I've been a member of anytime fitness for a decade. This location in Glendale Heights is my home gym. I only come to this location because the staff is friendly, they always say hi to you, make you feel welcome, and they are open to any ideas or suggestions you may have. Also, the people that come to this Gym are nice and friendly. Anytime I need assistance on a machine or help, I don't hesitate to ask another gym goer. The facility is great, they have everything you might need for a great workout. I especially love the two weighted areas, as well as the boxing equipment. The hydromassage chair is a God send, I use it every single time after my workout. Unlike other gyms I've been to, this location is great about keeping the facility well kept, clean, and smelling great; both in the workout areas and in the locker rooms/bathrooms.

I love this gym! It's always clean, I love that they have the massage room and a private bath! Unfortunately I'm moving and I cannot no longer attend this gym. But the employee Nas there made the process easy for me. She's awesome and if I ever move back I would I'll definitely be signing up again because of how helpful she was assisted me!

Clean gym overall, nice and not too crowded. It has music but I mainly listen on my headphones. I wish it had more equipment, like seated calf raises and a hack squats machine but overall very nice. Update 5/28/2023 Been going here for a while now, still keeping the rating. It's been through some turnover with management but the place still is clean. They added a bit more equipment and moved things around. Treadmills still have issues as they seem to not go over 10 mph but overall a nice gym!

I need someone to contact me to help me end my contract and end auto renew. I want to pay in full because the closest anytime fitness is more than 25+ miles away from me and they keep charging me. Every time I call, someone picks up and tells me that their manager is going to Handle it but no one ever does. I’ve been trying to cancel for almost two years and they won’t let me. Call this a predatory gym membership model. Won’t ever be signing a year to year gym model. Don’t ever sign up for a year to year because they’ll never let you escape

If you’re looking to change your life, this location is managed excellently. Wether you’re new to fitness, experienced or just trying to get back into the groove. You won’t be disappointed with the highly friendly, HELPFUL staff and the incredibly clean fresh feeling of the gym. The members of this gym are also great, they respect this gym and others at the highest level.

The club is under new ownership and the management is top notch! They really turned things around. Nis is absolutely the kindest, most understanding person. It’s a breath of fresh air speaking to her! Moe, the owner, cares about his members!

This gym is always clean! The new management is cleaning the mess left from former owner. They are trying their best and doing a good job. Naz is helpful and is willing to answer any questions or concerns you have.

I love this location! Always clean, lots of equipment, friendly staff and one of the biggest anytime fitness locations I’ve ever been to! Definitely check it out if you haven’t yet.

this gym is a 10/10! the new managers have really made this place feel welcoming and connecting with the environment and community! I totally love this gym and its not as crowded as others in the area :)

There isn't much more you can ask for from a gym. It's clean and well-maintained. Any exercise you can think of, whether it be machine, free weight, cables, etc., this gym has it. Staff is friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

i had it 5 when i started last year but recently there are flooring damages that have gone unrepaired and are trip hazards. i showed it to a staff member and they said shrugged it off and left. i at least put a bench over the top of it, but they should really put a cone out. i almost tripped right in front of the weight rack. tried to cancel because of the attitude i got with manager over the phone. ive moved out of state and they are saying it can only be done in person. when i stated that i would simply cancel any charges at the bank, she gleefully stated "thats fine. you can just go to collections" BE WARNED. sign elsewhere. dont waste your money here!

Super clean! The staff is so friendly and helpful too! Naz and her daughter are so welcoming and have created a great environment in the gym! Much better compared to whoever it was being ran by before. Their equipment and overall place has been making huge improvements!! Keep it up guys :)

Been a member since 6 years and great place to work out

Was told to call a number through a text message I received from Mari to set up an account and activate my free trial. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone despite the countless voicemails and text messages I have sent. I am trying to give this location my business and they are blatantly ignoring me.

Overall the best anytime i’ve been too so far, very spacious and has free weights including a bar rack. There’s not many people so it’s great to come at ANYTIME! :)

Anytime Fitness is super clean! Their equipment and overall place has been making huge improvements.
