I
could

office

I
would.
I
was
a
patient
for
many
years
under
Catherine
Rowell.
Her
last
name
changed
at
one
point
as
well
to
Poston
so
it’s
either
Poston
or
Rowell
now.
I
always
felt
like
I
was
just
a
number,
she
did
not
have
good
bedside
manner,
and
overall
was
not
happy.
I
stayed
because
I
didn’t
want
to
deal
with
changing.
The
front
office
staff
is
also
rude,
and
difficult
to
deal
with.
I
have
also
been
a
patient
for
years
with
the
same
business
at
82nd
Parkway
location,
and
they
are
amazing.
I
have
never
had
an
issue
there,
only
at
this
office.
The
person
in
charge
needs
to
fire
&
hire
staff
at
Socastee
location.
I
was
told
by
Catherine
I
no
longer
needed
a
papsmear
every
year
but
every
3
years
was
ok.
She
waited
too
long
to
do
a
papsmear
that
later
caused
health
issues
for
me.
The
final
straw
for
me
was
I
booked
an
appt
for
abnormal
bleeding
off
my
period.
When
I
arrived
on
time,
and
checked
in,
I
was
questioned
in
front
of
the
lobby
of
people
about
my
balance
on
my
Acct
which
wasn’t
with
them,
it
was
with
82nd
Parkway.
I
explained
I
have
an
auto
immune
condition,
and
I
have
a
payment
plan
set
up
with
them
for
out
of
pocket
I
pay
each
month,
and
I’m
current.
They
never
asked
about
this
before,
just
this
visit.
They
wouldn’t
listen,
insisting
I
pay
in
full
before
being
seen.
I
advised
Catherine
didn’t
allow
her
patients
to
be
late,
and
this
was
making
me
late.
Could
we
call
them
to
verify
what
I
said
after
my
appt.
They
refused,
and
had
me
call
right
then.
It
was
so
embarrassing
and
uncalled
for
on
top
of
what
I
had
already
been
going
through
with
pain,
Flare
ups,
treatments,
and
the
cost.
Then,
when
we
finished,
and
they
heard
I
told
the
truth.
I
start
to
go
back
to
my
appt,
and
they
tell
me
she
won’t
see
me
because
I’m
late.
I
asked
if
they
told
her
I
was
on
time,
paid
my
co
pay
but
the
front
desk
held
me
up
unnecessarily.
The
staff
asked
her,
came
back
to
me,
and
relayed
the
message
she
said
I
was
late
before,
and
she
wouldn’t
see
me.
I
said
she’s
going
to
bring
up
1
time
being
late
in
the
past?
Wow.
She
also
said
she
couldn’t
see
me
at
all
for
my
current
issue
so
I
said
they
should’ve
never
booked
the
appt.
I
was
made
to
leave.
I
left
in
tears,
my
fiancé
&
I
took
notes,
he
went
by
furious
the
next
day
to
discuss
but
of
course
they
used
HIPPA
as
a
reason
they
couldn’t
talk
to
him.
We
contacted
the
higher
ups,
and
filed
a
formal
complaint.
Didn’t
seem
to
care,
and
wouldn’t
be
surprised
if
they
even
had
a
conversation
with
her
over
it.
I
went
to
a
new
OBGYN
right
away,
and
wished
I
had
changed
sooner.
It
was
such
a
better
experience.
I
don’t
believe
Catherine
should
even
be
practicing
OB,
only
PCP.
My
new
Dr.
Who
treated
me
with
compassion,
and
care,
but
unfortunately
due
to
how
long
Catherine
waited
to
do
a
papsmear,
she
found
pre
cancerous
cells,
I
had
to
have
surgery
to
cut
the
portion
out,
risk
being
able
to
have
a
child
again,
and
thankfully
they
got
it
all
or
I
would’ve
had
to
do
chemo.
I
feel
like
a
lawsuit
should’ve
been
in
order
but
it
would’ve
been
a
headache
I
didn’t
want
to
go
through.
I
really
hope
this
saves
someone
else
from
going
to
her,
and
this
office.
ABSOLUTELY
HORRIBLE
customer
service,
care,
and
opposite
of
what
you
should
feel
going
to
the
Dr
for
your
health!
Stay
far
away!
This
is
overdue
but
I’m
glad
I
remembered!
