Absolutely fabulous find - great food, setting and service. Fab slow cooked egg with truffles and pickled cauliflower; fish tartare with lemongrass foam and little balls of apple - the epitome of freshness. I saw people have fabulous looking pasta and desserts, as well as cheese platters. Reasonably priced for such quality and innovative take on Italian classics. Loved it!

Very kind, friendly and helpful stuff! The variety of the wine list was amazing and the food was very nice based on tradition but slightly different! We were amazed by the fact that the restaurant and especially the wc were extremely clean! We undeniably recommend it!

Really high quality food here. Not a lot of choice so be prepared to try something different - it’s worth it. It does get busy so keep that in mind. Very reasonably priced for the quality - but small portions. Overall an amazing meal!

An Italian chef friend of mine recommended this restaurant, and it was very good. I ordered the bottoni pasta and the lamb. Both were yummy. Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend reserving a table especially now in the yellow zone.

Bologna is considered a culinary hotspot in Italy. I have had so many bad meals here that's actually quite sad. This place is an exception, I love it. When I work in the city I might come here a few times a week. The cuisine is a tweak of traditional Italian dishes and it's done to perfection. The service is great and the prices are really decent. Highly recommended.

Awesome find. Shared the prosciutto, Bolognese gyoza, tortellini in brodo, onion risotto, pumpkin tortellini, passatelli, radicchio, and friggione. The food was fantastic. The interior was very cute and the service was great.

Really cool atmosphere with an innovative menu that adds some asian touches to Italian cuisine - very interesting! Highly recommend the salmon tataki!

This was an incredible meal. Waiters were very welcoming, polite (spoke great English too). I have honestly been largely underwhelmed with finding Italian restaurants but this was fantastic. Truly a meal I'll remember for years if not a lifetime. A chef who clearly cares and knows how to craft a dish.

Loved the food and service was good too. The cuttlefish, linguine with saffron and mussels, duck breast were all excellent. Around €65 for 4 courses, two glasses of wine and coffee also very reasonable!

Absolutely loved each of our 3 visits to this restaurant during our 4 day stay in Bologna. The staff are incredibly helpful, offering advice and guidance and have excellent English. My risotto was one of the tastiest dishes I have ever eaten, I did not want it to end and as for deserts...divine! Hugely popular, reservations are essential and it is easy to see why. Although we ate in several other restaurants for lunch, Parlor became our evening favourite and I cannot wait to return!

Great place to dine; we were here Sep 4th, 2022 as a party of six snd all had a great time. The personnel is very professional and accommodating and the food is great. We shared a couple of lambrusco bottles and had different types of tortellini as the main. The desserts were great too. Highly recommended. Thanks again to the Parlor team!

Comes pretty close to perfection. The staff was very kind, proper English, informative and friendly. The food.. amazing, great flavours in every dish. The mood was also excellent, everything was clean, looked great and took the overall experience to another level. If you're nearby definitely take a dinner here.

Had a great meal on our first night in Bologna. We started with a meat and cheese sampler - the cheese board was just outstanding with 12 different cheeses representing the best of the region. We then had pasta, house made with incredible flavors. The wines are reasonable priced, and the service was attentive and professional. A great place that we expect to visit again on our next trip.

I was here one year ago and I am still thinking about their food! I'd say this probably speaks for itself. What I absolutely loved was the mix of traditional dishes and modern interpretations of traditional dishes. It's possible to get absolutely outstanding traditional food for a decent price and if you want something more fancy you pay more. That's fair. Tortellini in brodo were amazing and the Passatelli with truffle were outstanding. Service was excellent. Next time I'm in Bologna I'll go there on the night I arrive! And probably the next one too.

Absolutely delicious food and delightful service! The beef tartare is to die for and, if you’re visiting Bologna, the tortellini in broth is a must-try!!!
