Good
place
for
a
quick
lunch.
Good
sandwiches
and
salads.
All
very
fresh,
well
prepared
at
the
moment.
Very
kind
owners.
As
of
today,
06/15/23
I
find
myself
forced
to
change
the
review.
The
management
has
changed
and
unfortunately
I
no
longer
find
the
quality
of
before:
the
salads
have
become
very
poor
both
in
terms
of
quantity
and
quality.
Furthermore,
some
proposals
have
been
removed
from
the
previous
menu.
I
had
a
salad
with
buffalo
mozzarella,
they
gave
me
an
anonymous
fiordilatte
of
the
kind
in
the
plastic
bag,
practically
tasteless.
The
previous
time
a
salad
with
smoked
salmon
with
lots
of
salad
and
little
else.
Rugol
was
known
for
healthy
but
delicious
salads,
enriched
with
seeds,
dried
fruit
and
very
colourful,
therefore
rich
in
different
ingredients
(carrots,
red
turnips,
spinach...).
Now
we
are
faced
with
very
banal
bar
salads,
although
the
offer
on
the
menu
seems
to
be
the
same:
it
is
clear
that
the
raw
material
has
changed.
It
doesn't
pay,
I
also
got
a
chicken
sandwich
(I'll
start
by
saying
that
the
chicken
salad
has
always
had
very
good
chicken,
cooked
well,
juicy
and
tasty).
I
receive
a
sandwich
with
a
dry
slice
of
chicken
and
a
not
very
pleasant
aftertaste:
the
classic
taste
of
dry
and
overcooked
meat.
Ate
half.
With
the
change
of
management,
the
desserts
have
also
changed.
Every
now
and
then
there
was
a
tart,
some
muffins
or
some
cake
that
had
the
air
of
being
home-made.
Now
you
can
find
cabarets
with
industrial
pastries
like
you
might
find
at
the
Metro.
I
never
saw
the
fruit
salads
to
take
away
again
and
therefore
I
never
asked
for
them
again.
It
seems
to
me
that
the
dish
of
the
day
(soups,
soups)
has
also
disappeared.
I
don't
know
what
to
say,
it
was
a
slightly
different
place
with
a
nice
idea,
where
you
could
eat
something
good
without
weighing
yourself
down
and
spending
the
right
amount.
I
find
that
the
change
has
been
a
little
too
radical.
I
don't
think
I
will
return.
