👍👍 At first I was skeptical about taking my 4 month old puppy to a clinic that had “low” reviews. I had to change my mind when faced with their professionalism and friendliness. Since then, for all the problems I have encountered with my KURAMA puppy who is now 9 months old, I have always gone to that... People often mention clinic,

At first I was skeptical about taking my 4 month old puppy to a clinic that had “low” reviews. I had to change my mind when faced with their professionalism and friendliness. Since then, for all the problems I have encountered with my KURAMA puppy who is now 9 months old, I have always gone to that clinic after calling (very professional even in the calls, because many times the owner of the puppy gets scared due to perhaps temporary discomfort in the puppy as in my case, in fact, in some "trivial" cases without making me go to the clinic unnecessarily, they offered me excellent solutions to be carried out at home on call) Instead, for all the times I went to the clinic they proved to be more than competent and professional, managing to solve all of little KURAMA's problems.

I took my cat there after hours. 3 Hours being there, they sedated, x-ray and gave me medicine for my cat, but Elena Rizzoli never stitches the scare that she showed us. My guess for them is only about to make a quick buck and don't deliver a service.

I needed it this morning for my dog who had been ill since last night. Very friendly already on the phone, we arrived and they examined it immediately. Done all the tests and a couple of injections. Unique place with special people, thank you! P.s.: The next morning they also called me to find out how my recovery was progressing.

I brought the dog to this clinic on Saturday evening, suffering from attacks of vomiting and hypersalivation, specifying that the house had just been disinfested with pyrethrum. After waiting an hour even though there were no other people waiting, the dog was examined, an X-ray was taken and blood tests were done which according to them were altered due to a malfunction of the machine, but despite this the 190 they took all the euros and they also wanted to keep the dog all night, so more money would be taken without any diagnosis. Upon returning home the dog was still sick even though they had given an anti-vomit injection. Simply moving the dog to another home was enough to solve the problem which was probably caused by the pyrethrum. No diagnosis was made and the problem was not resolved. There is so much inexperience without supervision from experienced vets who have not seen each other.

You don't deserve any stars. Unfortunately I needed it on Christmas Day. In the morning my 13 year old dog had, perhaps, an epileptic seizure, I'll start by saying that he has never suffered from one. I phone and explain that I'm bringing the dog there to show him. They tell me not to move him and take him home. During the day everything seemed calm. In the early afternoon he got worse, we take courage, we put him in the car and take him. Prepare for the worst. After explaining what had happened, they check his temperature and with difficulty take a blood sample, all signs that they must have hinted at something. Not happy, the doctor tells us that she wouldn't have done anything on a dog she doesn't know. If we wanted they would give us a quote for x-rays, ultrasound and they would do something afterwards. OK, let's do the estimate. €586 for the exams, unfortunately not good, we thought they would tell us that nothing could be done but instead they told us that if we wanted we could keep him there for a night and schedule a CT scan. We took him home and he left us during the night. We had to return for the death paperwork. It was a terrible experience, both for the loss of our pet but above all for the incompetence of the emergency personnel. It takes HEART and COMPASSION when there is nothing left to do and not be greedy for money. NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE

We called the clinic this evening at midnight about a problem with our parrot. The vet immediately put us in contact with Dr. Carsana, available for exotic animals, was found in the clinic in a very short time. In addition to examining and treating the parrot, he gave us various indications for better management of the animal, which is not at all a given at one in the morning. Available, trained and professional veterinarian. Thanks again!

I took my kitten to emergency after she had been hit: the vets were quick to act and saved her. I particularly thank Dr. Girardi who took care of the surgical intervention of the mandibular fractures, who proved to be very competent and professional, also making herself available in all phases of recovery. More than positive experience.
