Why

I
give
this
rating?
When
we
checked
into
the
room,
we
noticed
that
the
TV
remote
control
was
missing,
we
called
the
reception,
the
manager
came
to
our
room,
looked
at
all
the
cabinets,
sofas,
under
the
sofa...
and
said
that
he
would
soon
bring
us
the
remote
control.
But
since
we
were
hungry,
we
said
that
we
were
leaving
the
room
now
and
would
pick
up
the
remote
control
ourselves
when
we
returned
from
the
restaurant,
we
didn’t
want
anyone
to
come
into
our
room
during
our
absence.
Returning
from
the
restaurant,
we
went
to
the
reception
to
get
the
remote
control
and....
the
manager
said
that
the
remote
control
was
already
in
the
room)
they
brought
it
themselves
while
we
were
not
in
the
room.
BUT
WAIT!
We
discussed
this
issue
in
advance,
and
the
manager
ignored
it
and
did
as
he
wanted.
It
is
not
right!
Awful!
As
for
the
hotel
room,
it
is
simply
wonderful
-
clean,
cozy,
and
comfortable.
Free
parking.
The
kitchen
has
everything
for
a
long
stay:
dishes,
cutlery,
microwave,
dishwasher,
refrigerator,
the
room
also
has
a
washing
machine,
ironing
board,
iron
and
much
more.
But
at
the
same
time,
construction
is
underway
here
starting
at
6
am.
Very
noisy.
