AC was not working. Had to open the windows (which worked and was not so bad after all... But still not what was expected) Outlet plugs not with European standard in the room and no adapters available. Breakfast service and food was below average. Not a four star hotel.

The staff was helpful and kind, especially with answering questions about the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, there was some confusion resulting from the booking service we used. At the time of check-in, the hotel staff brought up the situation and our confusion and was in a position to offer us a solution. Some hotels would have ignored it altogether or done little to nothing. We were very thankful for this attention to detail and thoughful service .... The park grounds next door were a nice bonus for walking. And the parking lot next to the hotel was very affordable for their daily rates.

I hosted a business meeting with 10 colleagues from abroad: a total success! Great hospitality, comfortable rooms and superb gastronomy, spacious meeting room and above all marvelous location. I will certainly repeat the experience!

Deserves 5 stars for comfort, looks, location and staff. But there are a few things that should be improved: Only one plug in the room worked (all were Italian 3 pin style). There is only 3 lamps, no main light. Everything else was great. I recommend the pizza place around the corner (opposite the church)

Nice place and beside the hotel have a beautiful park. You can walk and running in this plaza. Just one thing need to improve. The first two days that air conditioning is unworkable. Its feel hot when you in the room. Especially the summer season is coming. For others are quite good, especially for restaurant staffs.

We had a nice stay, the food is good, but you don't have that many possibilities in their restaurant's menu.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel! The staff was by far the rudest and most incompetent I've ever encountered (definitely the two guys laughing at the front desk). Despite booking 5 rooms 6 months in advance, upon arrival, two rooms were mysteriously unavailable. It took us hours to get them to even attempt to find a solution, and we had to come up with ideas ourselves. In the end, one couple had to sleep in a room without electricity for a night, while the other had to stay at a hotel 30 minutes away. Although we didn't have to pay for these mistakes, it was an infuriating ordeal. The next nights, everyone finally got their rooms, but the damage was already done. And let's talk about breakfast – the bread was so hard, you could use it as a weapon! On top of that, no one bothered to refill anything, leaving everyone unsatisfied. This hotel clearly lacks basic hospitality and customer service skills. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated we were with the entire stay. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you enjoy dealing with rude staff, booking mistakes, and bad breakfast. It was an absolute nightmare!

Absolutely beautiful. Loved the town and is close to Milano. The people were lovely. Breakfast good. The gardens were lovely. A hidden gem. A must stay!

The hotel itself from the outside looks quite posh! Located in a quiet city i really enjoyed my stay - fast WiFi, rooms were spacious, comfy bed and a nice shower. The restaurant has excellent food, great buffet breakfast option. The hotel has access to a huge park which is great for a walk or jog. Will definitely visit again!

Beatifull building, very well located, the breakfast is lees than one will expect from this category of hotel.

Grand old hotel in the grounds of a historic palace and park. Wonderful staff, we stayed in a room right up in the eaves, with exposed ancient beams. Restaurant Il Fauno not to be missed. The nearby bakery Pasticceria Borromeo is AMAZING. Bonus: 11 minutes by train from central Milan. Monza and Como with an easy drive. Excellent base from which to explore the region.

Horrible place to stay in the summer. They say there’s airco in the rooms, but it doesn’t do its job. Employees are unprofessional and didn’t help at all. Very outdated rooms. Not worth the four stars rating!
