I
had
an
absolutely
dreadful
experience
at
this
hotel!
The
staff
was
by
far
the
rudest
and
most
incompetent
I've
ever
encountered
(definitely
the
two
guys
laughing
at
the
front
desk).
Despite
booking
5
rooms
6
months
in
advance,
upon
arrival,
two
rooms
were
mysteriously
unavailable.
It
took
us
hours
to
get
them
to
even
attempt
to
find
a
solution,
and
we
had
to
come
up
with
ideas
ourselves.
In
the
end,
one
couple
had
to
sleep
in
a
room
without
electricity
for
a
night,
while
the
other
had
to
stay
at
a
hotel
30
minutes
away.
Although
we
didn't
have
to
pay
for
these
mistakes,
it
was
an
infuriating
ordeal.
The
next
nights,
everyone
finally
got
their
rooms,
but
the
damage
was
already
done.
And
let's
talk
about
breakfast
–
the
bread
was
so
hard,
you
could
use
it
as
a
weapon!
On
top
of
that,
no
one
bothered
to
refill
anything,
leaving
everyone
unsatisfied.
This
hotel
clearly
lacks
basic
hospitality
and
customer
service
skills.
I
cannot
stress
enough
how
disappointed
and
frustrated
we
were
with
the
entire
stay.
Avoid
this
place
at
all
costs,
unless
you
enjoy
dealing
with
rude
staff,
booking
mistakes,
and
bad
breakfast.
It
was
an
absolute
nightmare!
