Best Filipino food in Milan, staff and owner absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the staff and owner. Great food so far while on vacation. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it.

The best restaurant I have been to in Milan. I never had Filipino food before and it was the best. All the ingredients are so fresh and top quality. Can’t wait to go here again. Can’t even express how friendly the staff was. They kept asking if everything was good, even the chef came to our table to introduce himself. Would give 10 stars if I could. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the food quality.

We came here because it was hard to find a good restaurant that would be open before 7 p.m.. They welcomed us warmly even without having made a reservation beforehand. It was out first time trying Filipino cuisine and it felt like a great "comfort food" overall. The dumplings and the sauce that came with it were delicious, as well as pork adobo. Watching the banana leaves getting torched was fun 😅The ube float had a unique flavour and texture, it was unlike anything we've tried before. The staff was super nice 😊

Authentic Filipino place. Chef is very friendly, he comes out to greet every table, which made us feel welcome. Food was great, they have traditional dishes from Philippines (all was delicious) and some Japanese too (we didn't try). We found the place by chance and can gladly recommend it!

In Milan for a night, looked at the reviews & thought we'd try Mabuhay, so glad we did! We hadn't booked, but they found us a table as we were early, waiters spoke great English & Italian (I'm English & my girlfriend is 1/2 Italian) & explained the dishes very well, & food was served fast, & WOW! No really, WOW! Great presentation, fantastic flavours, great service, & good prices! Just book a table & go, don’t think about it, GO! :)

This definitely Hands down one of the best Filipino Foods I ever had! We visited Milan this past September and I met a lot of Filipino, and I wondered if they have Filipino restaurant in Milan, I wasn't expecting a lot since we are in Milan, Italy -- known for wonderful, delicious Italian Foods but here I am googling Filipino Restaurant near me, then the rest is history. After reading the reviews there was no doubt I will miss the opportunity to eat Filipino food in Milan lol. We made reservations for 8pm but I could not wait any longer so we were there earlier and thankfully we got seated. The staff here is so amazing! they are so friendly and it always amazes me that they can speak in Italian, tagalog and English!! We tried the siomai, vegetable spring for appetizer and the siomai was the winner! it takes just like what i remember in Philippines, I was very impressed, then for the main entree I got the adobo bowl and my husband was confused on what to get and the table behind us was nice enough to let us try the pancit and it was sooooo good! so we decided to order the pancit and I am glad we did! gotta love our Filipino community for making us try their food! and then the dessert! we had leche flan and fruit salad and I was dancing with happiness! it was so good! Mabuhay is definitely a must try place here in Milan. If ever we get the chance to visit Milan again you know for sure this will be one of my stops to go!

One word! Amazing! Perfect service and explanation about the food and preparation for also a nice price. They are burning banana leaves at the table to get extra flavor into your dish. Nice experience and taste amazing. Will definitely come back when in Milan.

After staying in Italy (Como and Milano) a few days we wanted to eat something different. Via TripAdvisor we came across this restaurant and we decided to go here. And wow: no regrets! The food is really amazing; we tried several dishes from the menu (they can advice you as well) together and every single one of them was absolutely delicious. The Chef also is very friendly and said hello and talked for some minutes with us at the end of the evening. He told us Mabuhay means welcome and we definitely felt like that. Really, if you are in Milano and want something different than pizza/pasta/fish and meat, you should really go here! We ate together (including 4 drinks) for only 45 euros which is really no money at all for what you get. Minder weergeven

I'm only giving you a 3, the reason is simple, the food delivered was in no way Filipino food. It was good true enough but that was not Adobo by any stretch of imagination, it was pulled pork, would have been awesome on a roll with some mustard bbq sauce and coleslaw. Your food is tasty but it's more Japanese than Filipino, just go with that and stop misleading people.

Loved this restaurant! I had the adobo pork bowl and whatever white wine they brought us which was AMAZING!! The head chef came out and told us which dishes were his favorites and how they were prepared. All of the staff was so nice and welcoming. Definitely a must for dining in Milano.

We found this Filipino restaurant in Google so we decided to go since we are craving for Filipino foods. And since we know that Italy has pork, for sure there will be pork recipes to be offered (FYI - we are working in UAE so there’s no pork in Filipino restaurants). The service & food was amazing! There are also other nationalities eating in the restaurant mostly Italian, I guess they are tired eating pizza & pasta 😜 This place must visit if you wanna eat Filipino foods.

As a tourist from another country traveling in Italy for weeks, this was an amazing find to change the menu for a bit. First time we came, it was a Sunday night, it was very busy and we didn’t have a reservation. So we had takeout because we were staying nearby. We loved so much the food that we decided to come back once more before we leave. We did not have a reservation again, but they arrange us a table. And again we had really good food!

Overall, this is a lovely place to grab lunch, especially before a long stroll in Chinatown. The food was delicious and filling, the ambience was very well decorated, and the service was superb. As someone who didn’t get to eat Filipino food growing up, I was really happy to experience it here. I would definitely recommend the Ube float for dessert!!!

A very popular filipino/japanese restaurant (as said in their logo) with great service from accomodating staff to delivery of food. Also the place has a very relax vibe and further more the food is as expected. Delicious and presentation is unique. Glad we were able to find a seat. Eveey weekends they accomodate reservations and walk-ins are difficult to get inside.

This is a must eat place in Milano!!! The food is incredible and the people are super nice and helpful! We went there three times in six days and had all of the Philippine dishes! The desert made with purple sweet potatoes is the absolute best desert we had in years in a restaurant! (and we travel a whole lot) The Chef came every time to our table and gave us some extra explanation about the dishes he served us and on the final day he told us his little desert secret (made by his wife 😜, the real Chef) We have planned already the next trip to Milano and we will be eating at Mabuhay again…

One of the best experiences we have so far in Italy. Highly reccommend this restaurant. We did wait for awhile, but the head chef deeply apologized, explaining that the reason for the wait was because all of the food was made fresh and on the day, and by God you can taste how freshly-made the food is. It is out of this world!

One of the most pleasant Asian restaurants I’ve been to in Milan. We arrived late at night (past 22:00) but they still accommodated us without issues. Very friendly staff and chef, top service, great food. We had some lumpiang sariwa and dumplings for our starters - both really good! And for the mains, we each ordered a traditional rice bowl with meat and veggies wrapped in a banana leaf, which they torched in front of you to release the aroma of the leaf. Big and filling for a decent price! Don’t forget to take some of the leche flan for dessert. Really delicious.

(Translated by Google) We wanted to try Filipino cuisine for the first time and the experience at this lovely restaurant was great. After bringing us to the table, the chef welcomed us in person, greeting us and wishing us a good appetite. We ordered the Gua Bao, the Siao ravioli and an okonomiyaki as appetizers, all very tasty. As a main course I had Binalot na Adobo, grilled chicken. Served in two banana leaves seared over a high flame on the spot, this dish enters the scene in a big way and, although composed of simple ingredients such as rice, chicken, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, the combination of fresh flavors alternates with the heat of the rice and the flavor almost smoked chicken, so tender and tasty given the two hours cooking. The guy who served us was extremely kind and friendly, the place small but clean and very welcoming. What else to say except "we will definitely be back !!"

(Translated by Google) The classic example of "in the small barrel there is good wine" The restaurant is small (capacity 18 people), but each customer is treated with the utmost attention by the courteous and helpful staff. The quality of the food is clearly above average compared to other ethnic restaurants. Impossible not to recommend such a pearl in Milan. The kitchen is visible to all customers and the food is cooked on the spot, but this does not impact the speed of service. Congratulations Mabuhay! I hope to come back soon! (Translated by Google) First positive note: the very kind and helpful staff who immediately seated us and explained the menu in detail. I have tried several Filipino restaurants in Milan and this I must say is the one that has pleased me most, although the prices are necessarily higher. There is a reason: the quality of the ingredients is much higher, however I think it is Filipino cuisine revisited for an Italian palate: in fact it is much less greasy and greasy and there are ingredients that are usually not seen in the Philippines even with binoculars. (fresh cucumbers). But there is. I loved it. I recommend the pork adobo. I will definitely be back.

The owner and chef is always coming to check if everything is fine, have a little chat and explain the stories behind every plate. A family run restaurant where you instantly become part of the family. Cozy, good and warm. Totally recommend, i’ve already been there twice this week! Best Asian food in Milan

(Translated by Google) Excellent typical dishes, friendliness and kindness, moderate prices. Better than this (Original) Ottimi piatti tipici, cordialità e gentilezza, prezzi modici. Meglio di così

(Translated by Google) One of the Filipino restaurants with open kitchen, few seats and a well-kept environment with anti-covid regulations. The dishes are prepared with extreme care and for some possibilities to make special requests, such as that of my partner who wanted ultra-spicy "BICOL EXPRESS" (balanced without losing the flavor of the dish). Typical dish wrapped in banana leaf where before being served it is burned by a kitchen torch so that the aroma deriving from the banana leaf releases its flavor and concludes the cooking of the dishes. The homemade desserts are very good to try the reinterpretation of tiramisu (MANGO / UBE float). The very kind waiter always available to explain every single dish served. Affordable price, compared to other restaurants in the area. I recommend booking as it tends to fill up quickly. We will be back soon to see you! Torneremo presto a trovarvi!

Delicious food, their best seller Adobo is really a must try, also tried the Ube Float it was also great, with real Ube for the Ube Lovers out there. The staffs are very friendly even the chef spoke to the customers to say hi and to asked how the food was. I heard they have another branch which also serve street food and halo halo. Will surely recommend this restaurant.
