give

to
this
store.
I
made
an
order
on
their
website
and
I
chose
this
store
to
collect
my
item.
Before
going
to
the
store,
I
called
them
to
double
check
if
the
order
is
ready
for
pickup.
I
am
sorry
to
say
that
the
lady
who
answered
to
my
phone
was
not
so
confident
to
handle
online
orders
-
When
I
gave
her
the
order
number,
she
told
me
that
they
haven't
received
my
order
from
their
warehouse
(not
true
because
I
received
a
mail
from
their
online
department
saying
that
my
order
is
with
them).
After
saying
that,
I
asked
her
to
verify
again.
She
had
to
call
for
another
two
colleagues
to
find
my
order.
Unfortunately,
her
voice
over
the
phone
was
not
friendly
at
all
(her
attitude
was
like
I
am
her
problem).
Afterwards,
when
I
went
to
the
store
to
collect
the
item,
it
was
a
so
complicate
process
to
collect
my
online
order.
Because
they
don't
have
a
point
to
collect
online
orders
and
I
had
to
stand
in
line
with
the
rest
of
the
clientele.
The
gentleman
in
the
cashier
had
to
call
few
times
to
his
colleagues
to
get
my
order.
To
collect
my
item,
he
asked
me
to
show
a
document
(I
showed
him
my
driving
license),
but
he
told
me
that
they
don't
accept
a
driving
license
as
a
document
(no
clear
instructions
were
given
through
email
and
over
phone
on
collecting
process).
However,
I
am
sorry
to
say
that
it
will
be
my
first
and
last
time
using
their
online
platform
to
make
orders.
It's
so
energy
consumption
and
time
wasting
process!
