I think that this Decathlon place, even if it seems a small Decathlon store from outside, but insidethe store, it's definitely huge with so many options of everything. It's actually very organized, the staff is really young and very helpful. There was a shirt for 10 euros, but when i was paying for it, the machine said it was 15, but i aksed the staff and she came and fixed it knowing that the store was closing in just 5 mins. Also I can say that they a big nice variety of tents and bikes. And in the winter I felt like they don't have alot of stock and varieties, but i used to go rarely in the winter so that could be wrong. Definitely a recommended Decathlon store!

Horrible service. I don't speak Italian and called to ask some information. They ask you to hold on line, they don't say a word in 5 mins and hang up the phone. And you pay the call for nothing. It happened to me twice and then I gave up

I've been at decathlon few times to buy different things. My last experience was really incredible. After spending €1000 in a new bike -and waiting more than an hour in the shop but without complaints from my side- I asked a really simple informing question to a clerk - woman- who answered me the worst possible way someone ever answered me. On top of that a colleague of her-another girl- started laughing as if she was crying. Yes, it can happen, bad day etc. Nevertheless, I found such episode really unpleasant and upsetting, whatever the working-covid19-difficult condition might be. Given the quality if their job in assisting and helping people I'll be the one who'll laugh. Enjoy then.

Compared to other Decathlon stores around northern Italy, this is one of the biggest, well replenished with a wide assortment.

Good selection for sporting good.

A huge store with ample parking. There is also a leroy merlin, bigfoot store and a esselunga in the same plot of land. Easy to reach by high way from milan.

The shop is good, fitness personnel have absolutely no idea of what they have in the storage, they proposed us an already opened cyclette and before we go we called to ask if they have that model of cyclette available.

We got some good after Christmas discounts. But there was a long line to put the name on my son's bathrobe.
