Edible. But I had way better Chicago style pizza for less in California. Not worth the coin. Not the worst either. 3 stars max. The works pizza should be called, the doesn’t work pizza. Tombstone pizza with added bell peppers, and pepperoni is far better than the works. It’s two stars better the little Caesar’s for 3 times the coin.

My wife and I order from CPA often and the customer service is always very friendly and very nice. Even the delivery drivers always have a smile while dropping off and are very nice and kind and considerate when it comes to weather and not wanting to leave the food to get wet so they wait at the door until I come to grab it. And the best part is, the pizza is the best I’ve had in this area and have never been disappointed.

My husband always order my lunch here and never any problems, however, today Lisa made the order WRONG. He ordered ranch and got blue cheese, after he asked if she put 2 ranch, she stated yes and gave one blue cheese. He ordered flats and she gave both even though the receipt stated, all flats. When I called to address it, she responded "everyone makes mistakes" and hung up on me. She was very rude and when I tried calling back, she ignored my call. The call was for 10 pizza's to be delivered to ER for staff. She need more customer service training. LISA YOU'RE RUDE!!! Therefore, I we won't spend our money here anymore. Waste of $20, went to garbage. No care for their customers even though they are the ones that made the mistake.

I called into place the order for delivery. I was very indecisive and unsure of what exactly I wanted and needed more information. Gabby was the lovely lady who took the phone call and Gabby was very patient and very informative I appreciate the customer service that she provided on a scale from 1 to 10 I give her a 20

Double dough sausage pizza was good. For those wondering double dough doesn't mean a regular hand tossed. It's another layer of the thin crust dough (more hard than soft).

Great tavern-style pizza, sausage is really good! Incredibly greasy but it's pizza so that's kinda expected.

Pizzas were delivered within the time frame and they tasted amazing. This is one of my favorite pizzas. The delivery guy was really nice. And the girl that took my order over the phone was really nice and helpful.

Had a big order of 5 dinners. It was very pricey, food was mediocre, and they forgot multiple sides for our dinners. I also requested napkins and utensils, missing. I know that sounds petty but I was visiting someone out of town and didn't have those available and 3 of us got BBQ ribs. I called to complain and at first they offered $15 dollars off my next order. Who said I even would ever order there again? Then it sounded like she would take the little $15 off my bill and then never even gave me my credit. So I paid for some of the food that I never even got!

The pizza is Great! My family loves it. I've had the chicken dinner many times and was always very happy with it. My husband really likes the lasagna and my mom's favorite is the eggplant parmesan. We've catered from there too and the Italian beef was very good. Definitely would recommend CPA!!

Ordered a cheese pan pizza, eggplant Parmesan sub and fries to go. The pizza and sub were tasty. The fries were real soggy almost undercooked and had to be tossed. It took over a hour for our food to be ready.

1st time having Chicken Salad. Best Salad ever! Had all the right ingredients! Did not disappoint! Will definitely order again!

This was my first experience with Chicago Pizza. The pizzas were DELICIOUS! They were kind on the phone and accommodating by delivering to the hospital. Even the delivery driver had a kind disposition which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!

We ordered three very different pizzas and we received exactly what we ordered, and it was piping hot! One pizza was gluten free. We travel an hour for the gluten free. Thanks for a great experience every time!

First time ordering from the Elgin location and I must say their sausage and cheese pizza was delicious. I am way picky with my sausage but theirs was very good. Regular crust that was perfect to the crunch. Sauce was perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be ordering again. Service: Delivery guy was polite and pizza was delivered piping hot. NEW REVIEW(06/16/2023): WE MESSED UP NOT CPA & THEY STILL OFFERED US A WHOLE NEW PIZZA FOR FREE! As long as we gave them the one we didn't want back, missing two pieces they were still awesome about it!! We are still shocked that with little to no push back we received a whole new pizza after we were advised, based on what we were trying to order, we said the wrong thing. For the pizza we wanted (other family members order it all the time and it's phenomenal), we should have ordered a "stuffed pizza " when we're ordered deep dish. We called thinking CPA messed up when technically it was us and they fixed the issue right away. No arguing. We were so relieved because this was a special dinner for us in a number of ways. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding! We will definitely recommend and continue to order from you guys! OLDER REVIEW: Although I felt it took awhile to get our pizza for the time of day we ordered it(just past 3pm cst on a monday and we got our pizza an hour later), I was overall impressed. The call to put the order in was pleasant, delivery person was kind and the pizza was delicious. Would recommend to others.

This is our go-to pizza spot. The pizza is always delicious. We usually get wings as well. Even though wings aren't my thing, I always end up eating a few because the sauce is so good. The delivery time always ends up being quicker than the estimated time, and the drivers are always very courteous.

I first ordered thru GrubHub still on ur website and got message upon hitting enter that you don't use them anymore. They sent the order to you. Okay, so CPA had to cancel that order and I ordered straight from you. GrubHub refunded my card and txt me re cancelation. This is confusing, oh and I gave ur delivery guy a tip, which was overlooked on the redo. Thanks for the really fast delivery. Good food🎉

The wings are delicious and moist, not overly cooked, and the sauce I selected is delicious. I’d also ordered the mushrooms and onion rings, and they were a disappointment. They are both very heavily breaded so the taste of the mushrooms and the onions do not come through. I wish I could find a place who would lightly bread their mushroom and onion appetizers. I’m still looking…

The dining room is deceptively big. I’m not sure how packed it might get but we were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of room. We had pizza, of course, and it was great. Asked for bacon and it was piled on… no skimping. Service was excellent. Our server constantly checked on us and had a great attitude. Definitely recommend going, try their half price pizza special on Monday!

The employees need to remember that their conversations can be heard by the customers from the kitchen/prep area. Unfortunately, some offensive things were said in the kitchen/counter staff that was overheard by myself and a door dash delivery person that would have offended many people. While your Pizza is delicious, that is not the only thing that keeps customers coming back. Great Customer experience is the most important part of any restaurant business, next to having great food. While I will be back because the pizza is very good, I would hope to never have to hear the awful comments coming out of the prep area again.

Everything that we ordered was tasteful. I do recommend their garlic parmesan wings. The pizza is way better than most in the city. The service is very good, Ted is one amazing server.

The pizza tasted fantastic! The original wait time for pickup was 30 minutes. It took 60. The girl answering the phones was sweet and polite but needed help. Will return but will plan on ordering early.

I had called and sat on hold for a good 5 minutes or more. Not that big of a deal, yet when i called back to figure out where my food is due to me living RIGHT down the street, the lady had a attitude and said you called an hour and 2 minutes and we are busy. Well when my food came EVERYTHING came cold.HOW when i live literally 5 minutes from this store. I get you guys are busy yet hire another driver so people’s orders are NOT cold. Waste of 40$. This isn’t the first time i had to call and wonder where my food was and have gotten it cold.

We were so disappointed with our meal. The pizza was so salty we ended up throwing it out. Nothing tasted good snd CPA used to be consistently delicious. It really has not been the last few times we ordered.

Their food is good, but their deep dish pizza is at taste levels that the competition can't deny. It's all about the crust. They have perfected their crust taste on this style of pizza.

The man who took my order was friendly and polite. The Italian beef was outstanding, superior to Beef Villa and I used to think that was the best. It was hot and plentiful. The peppers were sweet. The minestrone was only average, sorry to say, but the beef made up for it.

This was our first time having Chicago Pizza Authority. We ordered the Thin pizza which was excellent. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. When i asked if they had any coupons or specials they suggested one of the coupon specials which's saved us a little money. We love pizza so we will be ordering again!
