I'm so old that I can remember when they used to answer their phone. 134 calls in one morning, trying to get insulin. This surgery has gone to Hell.

Phone has been engaged for nearly two weeks. Surgery is closed at 11am yet it says on their website it is open until 11:30am. I have made 127 unanswered consecutive calls.

This doctors is a disgrace They never answer their phones and when they do the staff arent any help at all and very cheeky ive had a few blood tests and stuff done and ive never got a call back from them about the results

If there was a minus 1 I would give it. SICK ,SORE AND TIRED of ringing.Many a time I've rung over 100 times in 1 day can't get through. They are going to cost somebody their life, put more staff on to answer phones Please.

Stood today in the rain amongest the rubbish, bins and vermin waiting for someone to decide to open the back door.. Felt I was being treated like what I stood in... No wonder we have a high level of mental health issues this side of the city.

You can never get someone of the phone, no automatic repeat prescription service, no online services regarding opening times or appt booking or website in general and rude staff when you get through who expect you to know how their surgery works.

They never answer there phones and when they do they won’t listen to what you have to say even if emergency and say u can only speak to ur doctor at 8:30 but don’t open till 10 which makes no sense !!!!

Worst surgery ever, given 10+antibiotics over last year still not seen, needless to say I’m moving gps

Called to say I think both my ears were infected (painful and bleeding) was told “we don’t take those sort of issues” by the receptionist, proceeded to tell me they might be able to give me antibiotics but was told the only way to know was to go to my local pharmacy to see if they had prescribed me anything the next day.
