As Brazilians, we can say the non stop meat was superb! We could enjoy the picanha taste and the salad bar buffet very much! The caipirinha was delicious, exactly like it is served in Brazil. Nice and friendly staff! We highly recommend this authentic Brazilian restaurant.

What a brilliant night we had. I can honestly say it was a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was second to none. Great value for money. We were all full to busting! An endless meat feast! Thanks to Eduardo, Chelsea and the whole team. If I could give it 10 stars I would. It's that good. We ate our own body weight! The Brazilian steak was the highlight...The only thing that was missing was chicken lips, back legs of chicken and camel toes.... if the staff are reading this they will understand..Haha. obrigado meus amigos!

This place is amazing! The staff are lovely and the food is wonderful. The meat selection is incredible. The salad and hot food buffet bar is exceptional. Great prices, great service. If you visit York - you should definitely come here, it is cosy, warm and family friendly. And wheelchair friendly.

We came for my son’s birthday last month and the meal was great! They described the set up and then we were off to choose the sides to go with the meat. There were plenty of choices of hot and cold side dishes. I wasn’t a meat eater and they gave me a portion of grilled salmon. My family loved the selection of meats that arrived at our table. The waiter would carve a piece for each person. They would keep coming until you had enough. Then they came with grilled pineapple. My son absolutely loved this that he kept asking for more! They event gave him a chocolate cake with a candle and we sang happy birthday to him. Nothing like embarrassing a teenager! They have air con which was brilliant as it was during the heatwave and was 40 degrees outside.

Visited this evening, great service, staff were wonderful and attentive, even checking to see if we wanted any particular meat after everything had come round. Meat was fresh, tasty and plentiful, as was the salad bar. Cocktails were tasty too. We will visit again, and I recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting.

Absolutely sublime, could not fault a thing. Meats were cooked to perfection, salad bar was full of high quality produce, which at first seemed like the dishes were too small, but every few minutes someone was bringing out fresh. Watch the cocktails, like all the best ones, they are a lot stronger than you think.

I can't eat anymore! I mean ever! I've literally eaten so much I think I've had my calorie allowance till I'm 99 years old. This place is wonderful. Music, style, friendly staff, food is fantastic, long island ice tea was perfect. I had to turn my card red to stop the meat coming. The buffet bar has meats and everything one it you could want. I will literally only eat here when I come back to York. Thank you very much. X

WOW! This was our first ever visit here, and I really now wish there was one in my own home town, I'd be here every week. The meat was so amazingly cooked, and plentiful the salad was constantly topped up. My only negative was the price of the drinks. But hey its probably no worse than other quality restaurants. Next time we are in York, this restaurant with be first one in my list.

What a fantastic place. Food, atmosphere, staff all brilliant. Here in York for a weekend and my parents came Friday night and it was so brilliant we booked up come as a family for Sunday lunch. The kids loved it (6&8) cause they could hold the bits of meat as they cut slices off. And the grilled pineapple was a huge hit. Such a great place. Don’t get confused with the other Brazilian on the same street. This one of family run and the food is delicious.

Enjoyed every minute. The food is superb and the meat dishes just keep coming. There is a help yourself area with plenty of choices of side food to help yourself from. The beer etc is quite expensive but you can just have a jug of iced water if you choose. We will definitely return. Also the staff were great!

Amazing service. Food was spot on! Can see why this restaurant is one of the top rated in York. Literally stuffed all night after visiting here but it was worth it! The salad bar (pictured with my review) had an extensive range of all sorts of sides. The meats were just amazing. Definitely recommend you to visit if you’re on a trip to York!

Visited on Thusday evening, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet selection plus a good variety of quality meats cooked to perfection served direct to the table. Go there with an appetite to make the most of what's on offer, we weren't disappointed and definitely didn't leave hungry - a meat lovers paradise! Would definitely return if back in the area, highly recommended and one not to miss.

Don’t get me wrong, this place is a absolute banger!! It’s cute, lively and the food was good (most of them). The missing star is to advise that people who want to come here, really need to know how intense the meat 🥩 serving is, they comes to your table to serve meat every 10 minutes or so until you called stop. And some of the meats were way too salty, maybe it’s the day of cooking was off. The overall experience was great though. Staff were nice and fun. Some of the cuts were to die for. And the place is clean. Would recommend for absolute meat eaters!

Absolutely amazing place. Met with a smile and walked over to our table. Explained everything we needed to know. Cocktails were amazing and got in in time for happy hour. Amazon buffet selection before you even get to the meats! The meats were amazing. Loads of choice, all tasty and well seasoned. Staff were all attentive and very friendly. It is a must for a visit to York!

Cool Brazilian grill experience in York. Very good price for unlimited rounds of grilled meat. Set price 20.50 for the weekend, a bit more expensive for dinner but includes a few more cuts of meat. Say YES to the picanha.. Simply delicious!

The food was excellent and served more than frequently. The waiters were extremely friendly, especially Alex - an extremely humble and down to earth person who made our experience more than worth revisiting. I tried to tip him and he refused as wanted it to go to the team. A genuine hard worker who always puts customers first, and a complete credit to the restaurant. They’re lucky to have you, Alex. Wonderful experience, fantastic service, and amazingly gluten free. The salad bar did have a lot of gluten products close to the none gluten free options, except for the sauces, which were delicious, and the potatos. All the meats are gluten free, too. They even have a few gluten free desserts if you have space. The decor is beautiful and spacious, lovely Cuban music keeping the place lovely, bright with big windows. Everything was clean and presentable The food was medium to rare, which was delicious, beautifully seasoned and always a steady stream of things to try. The pineapple roasted with cinnamon sugar coated on top was amazing. Perfect with the gammon. The servers were wonderful. There were technical issues going on but they never stopped being attentive, with lots of banter and good humour. Will definitely go again, especially since it's right next to the Travelodge and the parking

What a beautiful experience, outstanding food! Best food I've had in a very long time. Tapas buffet with big variety of dishes and very personalised and attentive customer service. Flip your card to green and they will keep bringing you a variety of different meat, carved in front of you at the table and cooked to perfection! Worth every penny. Brilliant service. A little quiet as it was a Tuesday night so I think the atmosphere will be even better with a full house! Thank you so much x

Highly recommend the pineapple and lamb (with fatty parts) Remember to request your desired cuts, I prefer fatty ones as they are more juicy else other cuts will be very dry It gets quite messy, please keep your bags, phone and coats away, not even on the back of your chair. The guy that cuts the meat dripped grease on my coat. Also they messed up our bill by adding an extra cocktail But overall the experience was good but just messy.

Such a friendly atmosphere. The meat was exceptional and we are very fussy. The owner took the time to come and speak to us. Explained where the meat was sourced. The staff were very attentive. Cleanliness was exceptional too. We can’t wait to go back. And the pineapple was delicious. Make sure you book so you’re not disappointed

Wow what an amazing dinner we had! I am glad I took the risk to try something different! We ate until we could not eat any more there were plenty of side dishes to choose from! And the meat was very tender the most tender meat 🥩 We have had in a restaurant! All the meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly ! The atmosphere was fantastic and very enjoyable! The head chef and the staff were very nice and welcoming! We will definitely come back! Thank you for your service and providing such an amazing First time ever Brazilian food experience!

The food was excellent and the service first class. However the price of the beer was extremely expensive. We had a bottle of wine but would have liked a beer but we would not pay £4.70 for a small bottle of lager. Really nice experience but feel the drink prices could come down thanks

This place has great service, the food is amazing as well. The sides are a great addition to the meats. There is no limit to the sides you can order which is good. The variety of meat is amazing and also there is the choice of how well cooked you can have.

Loved the food. Staff very attentive especially Chelsea. Would have given 5 stars if the salad bar had been open as would have been able to sample tastes. Due to Covid restrictions we had to order them as full side dishes so on sampled a couple although Chelsea informed we could order as much of anything we thought this would prove wasteful.

First visit last night. Very busy with races crowd, but as we’d booked we were seated immediately. The idea of the place is there is a hot and cold buffet area self-service, and a hot meats service with various cuts and types brought table to table on large skewers. Whether they stop and offer you any depends on whether you display a red (for no thanks) or a green card (yes please). Obviously going by the reviews most love the idea and the place, but it wasn’t for me. An incredible feeling of being rushed with often the red card system being ignored and your conversation being halted by being offered meat you didn’t want. The meats themselves I found incredibly salty at times, but very tasty overall. As I said, I just don’t like the concept. I would prefer to pick (you are asked but it makes no difference that I saw) how you want your meat served to you and in courses stages. It just felt like some huge, noisy school dining room. Most of the staff were polite and friendly. Most…as our particular server was not particularly helpful or friendly. Just not for me, I’m afraid.

Best place of its type I've ever visited. The meat on the skewers was all of top quality and cooked to perfection. All the side dishes were tasty too. A large stag party or similar, were a little too boisterous and rowdy for a Saturday evening aside of that, a great night here.

Had a great time! Staff are amazing but Andrea who served us and was so attentive and lovely. Brought me a birthday dessert and made my day very special! Thank you! Food was great with something for everyone.
