Worst massage I ever had. The lady doing it has no idea how to respond to their clients saying it is too much pressure and instead does what she thinks is right which has left me with pain and inflammation in my back. She also left the room multiple times and didn’t make an effort to be quiet or provide relaxing experience. This is all about money and not about your well-being. They’re only interested in male clients it seemed. The place is dirty and not relaxing at all. First red flag was I was Made to pay before I received the treatment. I wish I walked out there and then.

I'm used to have deep massage almost every Sunday morning because The service is very professional and people are friendly and polite. Amazing experience especially with Vicky who is very expert using hot stones on my body or walking on my back. Great. Unforgettable experience. Very good

I had a 60 min massage, it was excellent. It was just enough pressure, felt like a new body after that ! Vicky did very good job. I would recommend

Saw Nina yesterday afternoon and I have say it was one of the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and believe me I’ve had a few! The room was serene with the lighting and the Thai settings and Nina’s pressure was just right, strong but not painfully so. She quickly found where all my tension-knots were and, with her obvious experience, she expertly softened them. Thank you Nina, I’ll be back for sure! What horrible treatment!! I was asked to pay by card and I did (my bank gave my a notification) but because it didn't come through to them that second they refused to give me a massage! So rude and unprofessional. I still have not received a refund two weeks later.

Got shouted at when card reader wouldn't work before massage (found it unusual paying before also + she added £2 as didn't pay in cash!).Got undressed ready for massage and shouted at again so got dressed & left! Was very upsetting, she was aggressive, preoccupied & unbelievably rude 🥺.
